Very nice place for salads, wraps, soups and sandwiches. It’s a good break from the normal fast food places. Located on the campus of Brethren Care Village. Check it out sometime it’s worth it.

This place has wonderful, fresh food. It looks like a sit down restaurant but you order at the counter and they call your name to pick it up. The layout is very open. It isn't obvious where to go if you come in from the side door.

It can be a bit slow because they make everything right there and they're limited on help. Definitely worth waiting a few minutes. The food was amazing! We had the steak quesadilla and mushroom bisque soup. We will be back!

A large group of us meet every couple months at a different Ashland restaurant & this time we picked The Greens. Great call! The food was amazing! Everything was healthy & fresh. From salads & fruit to wraps & fajitas it was all good. The staff was helpful and they were nice enough to reserve a large table for us. Wow. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service. What more could one want? My wife and I had the Loaded Veggie wrap. It was one of the most delicious wraps I have ever eaten. The sweet potatoes, crisp veggies was a combination I would have not have expected to be so awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant for a health breakfast and lunch. Someone(my dad) had an 80th birthday to celebrate and what better place to do that than The Greens Bistro!! They open at 8am-just the right time for a great breakfast and they delivered!! 3 of us enjoyed The Farmer Frittata, my brother had the breakfast sandwich and since they serve the full menu one of us had the Turkey wrap. Everything was delicious. My Frittata was warm thru the last bite. My dad raves about their ice coffee specialty drinks and I couldn’t wait to try their hazelnut and I added a shot of mocha!! We enjoyed a scrumptious scone for a great ending to the celebration The space is very clean and inviting. Fireplace-a great place for a company meeting or just a cozy breakfast or quick lunch. They serve the food hot, fast and with a smile!! Bethany was most helpful guiding us thru the different choices and options and was happy to help!! The Greens Bistro is located off 60 south close to the US42 intersection with easy access, part of the Brethren Care Facilities

The steak quesadilla was delicious. I did not care for the broccoli cheddar soup, the lobster bisque. Was a bit surprised at the prices.
Great lunch spot. Steak Flatbread is excellent! Always a solid dessert for your sweet tooth.

Perhaps some of the most disappointing coffee ever served. Was more like hot water with coffee essence. Throw another few scoops in that brewer, probably wouldn't blow the budget. Breakfast options would benefit from an option to add bacon or something. Pretty light fare.

I have never been to the location although I've driven past it many times. I always thought it was just a nursing home! I ordered a salad and smoothie through doordash since I had a coupon. The salad was very fresh and delicious! The smoothie was good too
