I never leave reviews, but I won’t stop here again. They messed up our order, ran out of bacon, and didn’t get my coffee order right after two tries.

We tried ordering in the drive thru. They didn’t have hash browns but we didn’t know that. When ordering, the person taking the order had a HORRIBLE attitude about it when we asked for hash browns with our meal and talked to us like we were idiots. I called to complain and asked for the manager but SHE was the manager. Unbelievable. No apology, no ownership of the terrible customer service. We didn’t even end up ordering. I’ll never go back to that Tim Hortons again. This was in Ashland, Ohio.

This place is a joke and trust me believe all of the 1 star reviews I worked I know what they do I quit here bc I was hired for assistant manager and then all of a sudden the managers daughter got the position trust me don't eat here at all ever sorry to say but I would rather buy a gas station doughnut then go here this place is a joke run run run and if u have this one erased I will keep reposting it and why I report to a company that allows a managers daughter to be a assistant manager like they will do anything about it

Both the drinks I ordered were wrong. The one was green when I ordered a chai latte. The manager acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting the correct drink. My other drink was a coconut refresher with no coconut milk in it. The staff were all very rude and did not even ask how they could help me both times I was at the window/counter. I said thank you twice and was just stared at. Our timbits tasted stale which is strange for a Sunday morning. Between the lack of customer service and the drinks/food being awful. We won’t be back.z it’s sad bc it seems within the past year, it has gone downhill. We use to love coming here.

I’ve been a regular at this Tim Hortons for about a year now, and while their breakfast wrap is honestly really good, the service has gone from bad to worse.

The first time I had an issue, I ordered my usual breakfast wrap around 8 a.m. and was told they didn’t have any eggs prepared yet and that I’d either have to wait 10 minutes or go somewhere else. I decided to wait, and oddly enough, my food came out just two minutes later. As someone who’s worked in the food industry, I found that strange..shouldn’t prep be done before opening to avoid things like this?

Another time, I stopped by for lunch and was told they didn’t have any thawed chicken, mind you, chicken is in almost every lunch item. Again, it made me wonder, why isn’t anyone prepping for lunch ahead of time?

Most recently, I ordered a breakfast wrap for myself and one for my husband. I asked for the sauce on the side because it had been missing last time. They told him no, that the sauce was already in the wrap. On top of that, there were no hash browns inside because it was “close to 11” and apparently they stop making them before then. Why not prep a few more hash browns to get through the breakfast rush instead of just cutting it off early? Or at least have a substitute like extra egg or meat? Paying $6 for a wrap with one egg and two small pieces of bacon just isn’t worth it.

Honestly, the customer service here is awful. The staff comes across as lazy, dismissive, and downright rude. I’ve given this place more than enough chances, and I’m officially done

I was going to eat at this establishment until I saw the condition of the restroom. Disgusting. Filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Walked out and went elsewhere.

Please tell me why the sign on the door says the dining room closes at 5pm but the doors are locked at 4:15. So we go through the drive thru and they say they can’t make lattes. You mean a coffee shop, you can’t make espresso and milk? Ok. Cool. Thanks anyway
