this has happened to us 2 times, we have ordered a wrap, and all the fixings were shoved into the bottom of the container and the wrap was pushed down into the top. the first wrap wasn't even messy from any food being in it. it was balled up and shoved inside the container. the 2nd time, the sauce and fixings were stuck at the bottom, and we could only retrieve half of them to fix the wrap. and no we did not open it upside down.

Had a mobile order and was under the impression that they served chili since it was on the menu. Once I arrived I was notified they didn't make chili at this location. Was comped with an extra sandwich of my choosing and if that wasn't enough was still offered a refund for the chili. This Tim Hortons is probably the best service I've ever received from this establishment. Kudos Team ??

Honestly awful, I sat in line waiting for someone to take my order and it took forever and no one was even at the place. I gave my order twice and she told me she didn’t get my order and then proceeded to tell me there was no food when I told her I wanted food. Service was awful.
