Brittany the manager has no clue what is going on in the restaurant and drive-thru on average takes 40 mins not kidding. Go to Taco Bell down the street instead they don't deserve to be open at this location.

I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you’re prepared to wait over an hour for a small portion of food that tastes old and poorly prepared. My recent visit was not only disappointing in terms of food quality and service speed, but also in how I was treated by the staff. I stopped in to visit my husband who works there, only to be told later I was no longer allowed back, all because a manager, who appeared to be in her 30s or 40s, falsely claimed I accused her of texting/flirting with my 20-year-old husband, even though I know he would never do so much as to look at her in that way given she’s older and has children. She couldn’t even explain how or why she believed or came about this, only that “everyone on the crew” told her so and that he would be written up if it happened again when neither of us have spoken about her nor to other members of the staff we haven’t done anything to this woman other than to see if she might have liked an item from my small business. That level of gossip-based decision-making is not only unprofessional, it’s concerning. On top of that, the staff seemed to lack the most basic ability to read and follow a simple order receipt. If you’re working in customer service, you should at the very least be able to treat people with respect and handle basic tasks correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, whether as a customer or an employee.

They can’t make orders correctly, everytime we order lunch it’s wrong. I don’t believe more money was a great option for these employees. They’ve gotten 10 times worse since getting there $15 an hour. Always a disappointment used to be a good spot

I ordered a baconator and they gave me a burger with one regular patty and a couple strips of bacon on it. I informed them it was incorrect. The employee told me I was wrong and wouldn't do anything to fix it. She wouldn't even look at thr burger, so I don't know how she knew it was correct.

The food was good, but some of the stuff you don't get like you used to. My wife gets the taco salad. They used to give you a packet of naco chips. Now, they give you a packet of nacho strips. It looks like it would equal 1 nacho chip. They also used to give you 2 sour cream packets, now you are lucky to get 1. And things are always more expensive there.

Staff was very unprofessional, when my food was ready I wasn't called up to get it, I sat in dining area approximately 20 min, I went to check on food, found out it had been sitting on the counter , when I got food back to table it was ice cold, staff was not in any kind of uniform, not a very happy customer, and the gentleman that took the order didn't even offer to refund my money, but offered to remake food, at that point I had already lost my appetite, and the drink machine I ne didn't have any ice.
