I understand now why there were no cars in the drive thru at lunch time. I ordered a double stack biggie meal with a coke. When I got back to my office to eat I had a chicken sandwich with a Diet Coke and no sauce for the nuggets. I remember now why I do not go to this restaurant.

I went back to Wendy's because I'm stuck on their saucy nuggets. The garlic parmesan is absolutely awesome and if you add a baked potato especially a bacon and cheese potato it's really good.

Went to eat at 3:30pm 3/15/25. Only one other customer in there eating. Food all over the counter at the napkin station, completely out of napkins. No clean table in the whole restaurant to sit at. Floors were so sticky your shoes stuck when you went to walk. The staff standing around talking instead of cleaning. The worst and dirtiest restaurant. Will never go back to eat. If this is how they leave the lobby imagine what the cooking area looks like. I will be calling corp and sending all the pictures I took.

None of the employees could hear us when speaking to them because they all had air pods in! Lots of kids just standing around, staring at us the whole entire time we were there .. not to mention the fries were undercooked and cold, our cheese was not even melted on our fries. Not to mention nobody wore gloves when handling our food to put on the tray. 🤢
This place is a disaster 🤦🏽‍♀️

1.I ordered $29 worth of food.
2.All the food was cold, not even warm just cold.
3.My wife had a hair in her French Fries.
4. I witnessed employee coughing into her hand and went to work with food.
5. A man was standing there bragging how he was a certified trainer but clearly wasn't caring.

The crew didn't have their mind on the job. Chili was lukewarm
Gave me coffee lukewarm. Sugar in it instead of cream that I asked for. .baked potato looked very small and anorexic
They said they didn't have any chips for the guy ahead of me. Time was 5 pm. McDonald's and Wendy's is in a race to the bottom. Just look at their stock. I very rarely give reviews. Upper level management should be on Shakey. Ground. If you want a bad experience go here. By the way the person going through the drive thru was mad about something outside the window.
Dave Thomas would be picking right now.
I gave it a one star because the Frosty was okay. Think twice friend before putting yourself thru this torcher chamber.

Food is cold asf when I received it. Fries were like rubber. Service gets worse every time I go here or get it delivered. There’s always an excuse about something. Did not receive the extra sauces I asked for. And ordered cheese fries and got no cheese! Btw this is the location on 250 don’t know much about the Claremont ave location!

Could not get waited on

Very slow drive-thru with employees moving as slowly as they could. Cars pulling out of drive-thru and leaving, fed up with poor service. Charged almost double what order cost, refused to give me a receipt or correct the overcharge, food was lukewarm, poorly prepared, missing plastic silverware, manager Nikki was rude and ineffective. They also refused to honor the free frosty keytag. So many areas need improvement at this Wendy's location, starting with management. I called the GM (Carla) and had to leave a voicemail. She didn't even return the call.
