This location refused service to a group of 15 girls on a team. We went there because of dietary needs. However, the manager told us that it would be a 40 minute wait, in a place with only a few tables filled, then refused service to the group. We needed to bring them across the street to the McDonald’s. This is a restaurant, correct? I believe you are in the business of making food for people.

Probably the friendliest encounter we have ever had at a fast food restaurant! A++ to the front counter staff! We were greeted when we walked in, during our meal a staff member came to see how our food was, then wished a good day when leaving. Definitely will dine in here again.

Go through drive through. Order food get home fries missing .try to call to inform them what happen and there phone is off the hook.im not driving all the way back for fries by the time I would be able to eat everything would be cold.last time I go here.wasnt even busy.
Worst baked potato I have ever had! Don't know how old it was but it was so dried out and hard. Half of it wasn't even edible! Not worth what I paid for it!

Short staffed,but working hard to do their best,and apologetic for the wait. Good food,but to pricey. 2 small chili's,2 medium frosty's,1 med french fries....$17It's my elderly mother's favorite place for lunch on our girls day shopping trips so that's the only time I go there!

The bigger older lady was extremely rude and annoyed when I ordered only because I asked a couple questions about what specifically came on the burgers since my son is kinda picky. Then when I paid and received my food she put onion on my burger when she said no onion came on that specific burger in the first place. Also my medium fry was half full and my drink spilled because she didn’t have the cap on all the way. & After I received the food I saw the older lady talking to another employee about me annoyed and they were shaking their heads looking at me through the window in disgust ! ? I was being respectful and I just don’t understand or appreciate the rude and nasty service I received! I love Wendy’s but will never return to this location because of this experience!!! I wish I had this lady’s name but she didn’t even give me a receipt!!
