When I lived in Ashland, this place was good! Sadly, it's gone downhill. The help was dull and one person had an attitude towards me for no reason. The ice cream was so soft that it wouldn't stay on the cone. When she handed it to me I said "I need a cup!" It was sliding right off :( Of four people, none of us finished our ice cream (smalls and baby sizes)... The portions seemed small to me.... The person who rang me out said the total was 9.50, I gave her a 20 and she gave me 9.50 in change........ She did offer me a cup carrier which was nice because I needed it. It's sad that this wasn't a positive experience for us. Yuck!
Won't be back! Third time I've came and each time they have gotten my order wrong and they won't fix it! I understand good help is hard to find but come on! From now on I'll gladly drive out of Ashland!!! Do better!

You sit outside but you can try many different flavors they do have food items but we only had a generous 2 scoop+small ice cream cone and a chocolate milkshake that was definitely a little on the heavy side unlike most fastfood places
