This restaurant used to be very good, but the service was not good this time we waited an hour just to get our appetizer. As a table of three. We were the only people there, the waitress was very sweet. Also you are not able to view the prices unless you scan the code. The food tasted good, but was very disappointed in the service.

I ordered a chef salad while driving to Aurora. I was not aware they don’t have it listed on the menu. I was surprised it was $16 Very disappointing for the price! No Egg, fresh peppers, cucumber, etc! It only had 3 grape tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, pepperoni, salami, and ham and banana peppers. I expect better for $16

I came here Monday the 8th around 8:30, so walked in walked up to the register and stood there for two minutes while two males gossiped about managers exc, they acted as if I was not standing there. Not sure if my skin color played a part but this is the second time this has happened to me here. I walked out. Can’t spend money somewhere I’m not respected as a customer

Tazhiana B. the Door Dasher never delivered my food, didn't call me or come in The Aurora Inn and Suites to let me know him/her or they, was here with my food. Posted a picture from the street saying the food was dropped off Special instructions clearly says, hand it to me I'm in room 42. The front desk clerk said No came in or dropped off any food. Tazhiana should be fired for STEALING MY FOOD from door dasher. I thought the picture is supposed to take in front of the customers door , not from 20ft away from the door dasher car with no food in the picture. Because of the dasher actions I am giving the restaurant a 1 star review, terrible on everything, called Pizza Hut got my food and drink within 20 minutes. Pizza Hut received 5 stars all across the board and the driver got a $5.00 tip

Some of these new young girls have nasty attitudes that work here. I have never had to give a worker my phone to confirm a pickup order online. Completely invasive and uncalled for. There is no way for a pickup customer to know the details or name of a pickup order. I’ve been coming here for 2+ years ive never been treated the way I have recently
Kinda overlooked but shouldn't be good food competitively priced with a few different items and flavors. Update came back wanted to try something different than their great pies, so we ordered 12 piece fried chicken and loaded JoJo's with side salads WOW 1st side salads were fresh dressing tasted homemade, chicken was fried to perfection both came out steaming hot that was awesome most restaurants are just warm so good jobs guys we will be back maybe a C alzone or Stromboli.

Not sure if it was because they where short staff, low on ingredients, or new cook, but we have mix reviews. Had to wipe off table and seats ourselves. Decided to try the large calzone. Never heard of a whole large pizza folded into one before. Expected a lot of fillings, but not much especially the sausage. Overpriced due to lack of fillings. Chicken wings and tenders where overall good, but some was really chewy. One kid was upset because the hamburger on the menu was not available yet due to the grill not being installed. Frys and cheddar poppers were good. Disappointed with another restaurant charging convenience fee when it is really the restaurant wanting the cash back the person gets for using credit card. The sad part is I use it to give servers a higher tip when they do a good job. Looks like that option is gone. If restaurants are going to do that they should give it to the servers and staff instead of keeping it. Especially to the server and hostess last night who looked like they where being over worked.

Great value and great food. The fried chicken is always prepared well. The pizza is highly recommended as well.
Wings were soggy, i asked for crispy and they were nasty. Fries are kind of hard and tasteless. This is my second time ordering and i was giving it another try and it’s still the same. I couldn’t enjoy my meal.

Best pizza place in Aurora. The cheese is always crispy and the sauce to crust ratio is satisfying. There are good amounts of toppings as well. The other wraps and sandwiches we’ve had have also been good for a pizza place. There’s always good amounts of sauce. The wings were a surprise, very crispy with a fantastic seasoned breading and many sauces to choose from. If you want fast pizza, this is the first place your mind should go.
