Went for lunch very nice server restaurant was kind of cold. It was like the heat was not on. Coffee was very watered down. Got the turkey dinner. It was very disappointed. It used to be very good there just average very disappointing. I’m not sure what happened to this restaurant Spin over $63 with tip included three people. How are the waitress was very nice. They need to turn up the heat and change the coffee and regroup the chef to educate him.
My server had shorter hair and had glasses very polite very quick has really good work ethic.
Whoever the manager is on duty is a lady don’t know her name as we were going to leave told my server we needed a bag for our takeout and she came off very rude to him.
I feel bad I do not remember his name but he skinnier/buzz cut style hair/glasses and always smiling!!! Keep up the good work! Strongly recommend finding out the Manager on shift between 1:30pm and 1:40pm 3/16/25
And train her to be more kind to employees.
My receipt was $32 And my girlfriend and I tipped the server $20 So in total we spent $52 Told him to have a great weekend he deserves a raise!

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but it took the waitress over 20 minutes to take our order. The ceiling tiles are old and dirty, the vents in the ceiling are black. I had to make sure I didn’t look up while there, who knows how clean the air is in this building. The food was not hot, there was a lot of fat in my meat, the waitress was nice but like I said before there was no urgency

Hi, I don't particularly Ike leaving poor reviews, however in this case I think its fair. This was our first visit to this particular Bob Evans restaurant. We went there on a weekday between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't too busy. During our meal we completely emptied our drinks and put our empty drink glasses on the edge of the table so our waitress could easily see them. After several passes and app 8-10 minutes I had to politely ask her for refills. As for the food, my hashbrowns were extremely undercooked, very mushy and tasted weird. My wifes side dish of fresh fruit definitely was not fresh. Maybe just an off day, we love Bob Evans and wil likely give them another try.

They failed to send some food with an order, and then Sam, one of the managers, repeatedly failed to refund the money. I called four times and just kept getting blown off. Liars. Thieves. Mediocre food.

The place was pretty much empty when we got there. Took a bit to get our food and they was only one other table in there. We order a breakfast meal and a lemon chicken, all 3 pancakes were not cooked all the way through, the loaded fries came out cold and the cheese was not even melted with a tiny chicken breast. I could say so much more about the food so let's just say it was all horrible. We will never eat here again!! And your servers didn't even check on the customer. No wonder it was dead in there. Just horrible.

Had lunch there today with my daughter and two of her friends. Their food was good apparently but whatever I got which was the two for $8.99 I got a salad and half a BLT. The salad and the ranch dressing was spoiled. and only eat one bite of my salad, I puked up my lunch. I spent $65 just to puck up what they served me. Couldn't even finish my BLT or dinner rolls because of the rancid salad.
By far the worst dining experience I have had ! To start off my family of 6 was seated at a dirty table they said it was just sticky garnish when I wiped with my hand it was coming off . They sat us at another table lo and behold same thing I asked for a rag and spray bottle and was gonna clean it myself as I have a baby that puts everything in her mouth . Instead they moved us yet again . We ordered when the food came out it was cold as ever . No gravy on my country fried steak daughter breakfast came out with scrambled eggs instead of the over easy she had ordered . 10 years olds burger was like jerky. Got a manger and she really didn’t make it any better she offered my daughter a different meal in place of her jerky burger . The whole situation made me never want to eat at a bob evens again. I could see if maybe they were busy but at that time there was maybe one other table there . NEVER AGAIN . Manger didn’t even offer anything off of our bill . If it wasn’t illegals to walk out I would have !!! As you can see only one person are there meal at my table . Waste of money and a horrible experience
