Saw a review from 3 months ago about the few customers and slow service. I must first mention that the service has NOT changed. The food was tasty, but portions are small. Bob Evan's has closed all their restaurants where I live and I was excited to see one during my trip, but now I very disappointed.

It’s been a while since we visited a Bob Evans. Over the past few years, many have noticed a substantial decline at different locations. But not this location, at least not last night. Wasn’t terribly busy, but after experiencing long waits at other places under similar circumstances, it was great to be seated promptly and have our server appear immediately. Natalie was friendly and efficient, a great credit to the company. And our order arrived much sooner than expected and was piping hot and delicious. Not a gourmet meal, but what Bob Evans has been known for for decades. Hope they keep it up here.

Tried to go tonight at 5:00. Family of 5. We waited several minutes at the host stand without seeing anyone working there. We could see three tables of diners. I finally spotted a server around the beverage station. She stayed over there for several minutes and never looked our direction at all. When someone finally came out to greet us they told us that they only had one server tonight so it would be probably a 10 minute wait. With 3 tables sat. One server on a Friday night? We didn’t stay. This is a really poor excuse for a Bob Evans.

They have stepped up their menu choices and improved their food quality in the past year. It's worth eating at for the time being.

I ordered my food and the server brought out the wrong order. When she did bring out the right food, it was only warm at best.
