3 stars only! Waited 30 minutes for Boba& Donuts that was already on the display. I dont like giving negative reviews, maybe that day was different, the workers are not paying attention. I ordered boba and it came quick but wasnt called by the workers, it was just sitting on the counter and there were sign writting on the counter to wait to be called before grabbing the foods/drinks. So thats what I did! I thought they were still making the donuts. The workers maybe having a bad day or maybe they were tired IDK. 30 minutes later I followed up for my order and was told to wait for a Little more. Jesus! I was about to leave but then my husband said we paid for it, so I reminded the workers again, just to find out they dont know the rest of my order, and was only about to get those donuts that was already on the shelves display. I was so disappointed. But to be fair, the workers were still polite and so do I. I just feel like there is no sense of urgencies and some orders take after mine were completed before me. And my orders were not even complicated.

I would rate this place a 5 star if it werent from the poor customer service.
