PRICING is the reason for the low rating. Food taste was good, service was great. Portions are skimpy, prices are far too much even if it was normal portions. They got the meat from the spring chickens, wings were very small.

I’ve been to multiple BDubs in multiple states and this was the worst experience. They had a hostess who was talking to his gf rather than paying attention to people coming in. Also, the volume of the basketball game was so loud we were yelling at one another across the table. There were 3 of us and we were so glad to leave and not have to yell and took some headache medicine. The food was delicious but the volume was horrendous. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

I'm sorry I don't give bad reviews but this experience was terrible The waitress had an attitude problem because we were asking about online deals then my blue cheese had a hair in it when I notified the waitress she simply took the hair didn't even ask for the product that it came out of walked away and never addressed it again. As I said I don't give bad reviews nor do I complain but this one was special and I had to let everybody know their experience here might not be what they expect.

I placed a takeout order at 3:30 in the afternoon to be picked up at 5:50 the same day. I get there and wait until 6:30 before my food was handed to me. I come back home (which is a 4 minute drive away) and the fries are cold and stale, all three orders of them. Wings were fine and the sauces are all bomb but the wings were also lukewarm. If my order is going to be late because it’s rush hour, the staff is limited, or whatever at least keep it warm please.

Terrible terrible experience! Waited a long time before a host even came to greet us. Ask to speak to the head manager or any manager and after 10 minutes of wasting I decided to leave. Horrible experience. Manager never came out.

Server was a little show. Personally I think they didn’t have enough staff. The main complaint that I had about the night was either fruit flies or drain flies at our table in the dining area. Just one or two when we were having drinks but once the food was served more appeared. The men’s bathroom was out of soap and towels as well. We had a table of 8 and were in the area after a high school basketball game. I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

I ordered the hand breaded chicken tenders to go. The chicken was very dry and cold and lacked flavor as well as pieces stuck together. The fries were also cold and unseasoned. I write this review just as a friendly reminder to try and put out a respectable product to keep customers returning to the restaurant.

I can only give a star for the lack of service. We walked in around 5:30 this evening and waited but no one greeted us. We watched as an employee walk in and out of the kitchen twice, look at us and continue about their business. So we took the hint and our business elsewhere.

The service was absent. 10 min before we were acknowledged sitting at the bar ( only 2 sitting there) gave us menus and took our drink order. (Bartender) got our drinks within 5 min.... then was another 15-20 min before our order was taken with another drink. We never got the next drink until I flagged a manager down about 15 min later.Didn't apologize for the delay and charged us. Another 20 min we finally got our food by a rude food runner that came up said " FOOD" put it down and walked away. Didn't see the bartender for maybe another 15-20 min , beers were empty... and food was gone. Asked for tab and tried ti give her my card. She disappeared for another 10 plus min and as we started walking towards pick up stand she ran after us. ( we were gonna pay at the front cou ter with the manager) Bartender took my card and walked away i was hesitant.... I should have been because she took it served other people than brought it back. Then hovered while I filled it out. I did tip because that's how they make money but in the end the service was very poor.

3rd times a charm. I called in and complained the second time so that a manager could teach the employees how to do their job. 3rd time now, and I’m leaving a review. I rarely get DoorDash but the past 3 times I have, they forget every side that they’re supposed to include. My meals tonight were supposed to include carrots, ranch, and southwest sauce. Did not come with any of them. Your employees are too busy laughing and having fun goofing off rather than doing their jobs to the end. Teach your employees better.
