I TYPICALLY love buffalo wild wings, food , atmosphere & all but this last visit of mine to the Aurora Location was not an experience I’d like to have ever again. I ordered take out & went to the bar top to grab a drink while I wait, I have just recently moved to Ohio from Arizona, when the manager.. Nathan, I was told his name was—came back out he refused to serve me since I have an Arizona ID, which has a expiration date of 2068, he didn’t ask me any questions about the ID like any good manager would, no solution, just a judgement call and a refusal to serve me. Ask anyone who knows or has seen an Arizona ID they know they have a crazy expiration date. If you don’t have access to a scanner to scan my ID to verify the legitimacy of it, I guess they are okay with losing business, and a bad review. I won’t be coming back here, at least not until I get an Ohio ID and stick it right in Nathan the managers face, i’m almost 23 years old, and shouldn’t have to deal with the inefficiency by this location, I wanted to tell him to get the police here to verify then, especially if they’re so underprepared for people who are recently just moved here , you’re telling me buffalo bar managers just go off of peoples faces and make their own judgement call? disgusting. May be being rude , but so would anyone after a long day & the simple want of one drink while waiting on food that was supposed to be done 20min ago, & on top of that anytime we order pick up/ uber , our order always has something wrong with it or missed from this location specifically… I was actually being generous, we waited for OVER AN HOUR. The people at the pick up counter were EXTREMELY RUDE to me , wish I caught her name. short , long hair, little girl. Spent $90, waited over an hour , to get COLD FOOD . Absolutely Ludacris.

Dine in is always good, but take out isn't the greatest. My food is never ready on time, and half the time my order is wrong. I would recommend dining in before take out.

Our server Bri was excellent, attentive courteous and professional. Our food arrived at our table HOT, the kitchen did forget to put lemon pepper on my wings. It wasn't Our servers fault the manager brought our food out, he didn't check ticket prior to bringing out the food. They gave me lemon pepper in a small cup to sprinkle on myself, not the same.☹️

Whoever the bartender was her name is Gabby I sat at the bar waiting to order food i was completely ignored by her and I've waited for about 25 + 30 minutes and she still did not say I'm sincerely sorry for the long wait while she was talking to other customers I was completely ignored again so I went to the front desk and order takeout instead of dining in for waiting for so long very unacceptable who ever was the person up in the front desk did a great job helping me. I totally get that servers can only do so much the management y'all need to do a better job teaching your employees mannerism and common courtesy and with that being said I will never come back again due to the ignorance from Ms Gabby who did not have the courtesy to apologize management y'all need to do a better job teaching all your employees respect and mannerism

We ordered food to go yesterday evening. We ordered 2 chicken wraps. They said 30 minutes. We get there in about 15 minutes. Food was ready. Glad we went when we did.
I asked for mayonnaise on my wrap. Did not get it. The wraps were so dry and the chicken was old. Along with the fries. They were sitting in grease.
For the price of the food and the quality we will not go back.

I ordered my food to go a hr ahead of time and the fries tasted like they were made a hr ahead of time 🙄 their prices are pretty hefty for cold fries!!! DINE IN IS MY ADVICE , THAT WAY YOU CAN SEND IT BACK IF ITS COLD!

I want to start by saying that typically service is very kind at this location. But it's clear that they've been understaffed for years. It took well over an hour between us ordering and receiving our food the last time we visited. The food is mediocre at best, and service is incredibly slow. Again, I want to highlight that typically staff is friendly - but don't go here if you want a stress free dining experience.

horrible service, was here for an hour and ordered the unlimited wings, got one order of wings in that hour, didn’t get a single refill on my drink. forgot my fries, forgot my ranch. she double charged my card causing an even more expensive bill than expected. This is horrible, and i never regretted anything more in my life. Don’t come here, save yourselves.

This location is a must visit! I walked in and was immediately seated. The staff is just amazing! The keep smiles glued to their faces lol very polite, friendly and very inviting. The food was just as great to the point where I actually bought extra meals to take home. A bit on the expensive side but it was worth it to have such exceptional service. They should be a training store for all other restaurants. I will definitely be a regular at this location! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
