This is the place I've been searching for, for many years now! There has been a steep decline in good Italian places in this part of the state outside of Cleveland. All of the staples of my younger years are shadows of their former selves. There's a couple of decent places, but this place blows them all out of the water IMO.
We've eaten here twice, and both times the food was excellent. No notes! My Italian restaurant litmus test is how good the Chicken Parmesan is. Anyone can fry up a chicken breast and douse it with red sauce and cheese, but it's trickier to make it correctly, from brining, seasoning, sauce etc.
The bread, the appetizers, and main dishes were all very good. Looking forward to coming back to try other dishes.

We had a wonderful spur of the moment dinner tonight. Great service and wonderful food. This place is a must see if you haven't visited. Don't forget to get some garlic rolls AND finish with the cheesecake. It will not disappoint!! Reservations recommended!

The wait/host staff here is beyond rude. When trying to sit down, despite 75% of the tables being empty, they wanted to sit us at a bar table in the entryway next to the bar. When we asked for a table IN the dining room, the host literally through his hands in the air and said, “You know what? I’m going to let someone else take care of this”. We were told that when we made a reservation we should’ve specified NOT a barstool table. Don’t care about their process or how good their food may be. How about just starting out by being nice?

We have been here many times. We were pleased with each visit. The room as always had a warm cozy atmosphere and the servers were excellent. The food has always been outstanding. The garlic/butter rolls are to die for. They do well with the veal dishes. My wife had a pasta with a beef ragu that was outstanding. I can't say enough kind things about this restaurant. I would tell you to make sure you have a reservation.

We were celebrating my son in laws birthday and our server, Josh, asked right away about dessert options for him. The food was amazing. We all had something different and everyone really enjoyed their meals.

My first time there and my impression as I entered was how much it felt like the modest family owned cafes of the small towns in Italy. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helped each other. The eggplant parmigiana was delicious The food, wines, and alcohol selections were more than adequate but their buttered garlic buns were the highlight of the meal!

This small place but they seem to run tight ship managing the reservation and seating.. I had salmon. The dish comes with mash potatoes and brushell sprouts. Everything was good. Everyone in the group loved their dishes. Price was reasonable comparing similar places.
