I never leave reviews or complain about my food—I usually just suck it up and eat it. But this experience was really disappointing. I ordered through the app and didn’t realize until I got home (about 15 minutes away) that my bowl was barely a quarter full. There were only a couple pieces of chicken, and the “beans” were basically just sauce—there wasn’t a single actual bean in the bowl.

I’m pregnant and was extremely hungry, so realizing I didn’t even get a proper portion was upsetting. I did drive back and they fixed it, but the fact that I had to make a second trip is the issue. What’s even more frustrating is seeing so many other negative reviews mentioning the exact same problem, yet nothing seems to be getting corrected.

I’ve never had an issue like this at a Chipotle before, which is why this was so disappointing.

Very disappointing experience, especially since this is the closest Chipotle to us. The guacamole is consistently way too salty. We’ve ordered it multiple times hoping it was a one-off, but it’s been the same every time.

Order accuracy is also a recurring issue. Ingredients are often wrong or missing, and more times than not something is forgotten entirely, like chips or guac, even when it’s clearly listed on the order.

We just moved here, and the Chipotle we came from did an excellent job, so this has been a frustrating change. It’s even more disappointing given that there isn’t another Chipotle nearby to choose from. Really hoping this location improves consistency and attention to detail.

If you want, I can make it shorter, more blunt, or more constructive depending on the tone you’re going for.

Pathetic. Ordered a burrito bowl without rice. I thought there might be more lettuce because of the lack of rice, but no. The bowl wasn’t even half full. The barbacoa was cold and the chips we ordered with the quesadillas were not added to the bag. This place is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Everybody should be fired.

This location has some nice employees however the food sucks if I can be honest. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to be consistent at this particular location.

I consider myself something of a Chipotle aficionado (eating a Chipotle bowl once a week for the past 5 - 7 years). On a January Saturday afternoon I had perhaps my best Chipotle dining experience of my life. Tis an exquisite establishment. 5 stars.

I was there about a week ago and we walked in, and no employees were to be seen at all. Then when they do some up they’re out of steak which okay I get it until the woman scooping our food asked if he was going took more and he said no I’m not doing that. You mean your job? - also it was clear it was not busy even on mobile orders so not an excuse in this instance

Beware if you come to this location most times after 6 they run out of half the ingredients it doesn’t matter if they are fully staffed or not. You also have to go back and forth with workers about portions of meat often having to have to pay for double meat just to get a regular portion size they will literallly give you a half scoop and say that’s a full portion so you have to pay for double to get a regular size. Especially the indian lady. Overall this location has just gone downhill just a bunch of younger people running the store that blast music in the back and could care less about working truly. I don’t see this location staying open for much longer

This morning i ordered two large queso’s from this location. the color was very off, it was thick and clumpy, and just looked spoiled. i was quite disappointed by this, and i am hoping for a better experience for myself and others in the future.
