The food was cold after only a 15-minute drive. They forgot the steak in the steak bowl. Let me repeat that, I asked for a STEAK bowl and got no STEAK. Asked for Guac and got Quesso instead. Had to tell the cashier twice that he forgot my burrito. The whole family was disappointed. Steak & Shake was way better. There's already enough Chipotles in the area, just go to Solon.

Needs to be under new management. This was the second time I went to this location a few hours before closing and they stated they were "closed" while 3 employees were sitting in the dining area on their phones not even doing any work. Complete mess.

I've gone to this chipotle many times and in the past I will say it has been unsatisfying. However, today when I came in it felt like a whole new restaurant. The staff were lively and friendly and the customer service was immaculate. The kind gentlemen running it was very thoughtful and helpful. Horrible employees that know absolutely nothing about their jobs. The pickup rack was littered with important store information that someone could've just taken at any time, forcing people to wait for one of the many employees just standing around, ignoring you to finally take notice and help you out. Heaven forbid you mention how you've waited nearly a half hour for one burrito, you'll be given an onslaught of insults and petty aggression. I'll never go here again, if you'd like your food faster, I cancelled my order and made one at the streetsboro location, I was in and out of the far busier streetsboro chipotle within seconds, the pickup rack was actually being used and employees greeted me almost immediately with no hesitation. It's insane how such a location that is so much smaller can be far busier and still have infinitely better service than the aurora chipotle. Absolutely bewildering.

Ordered 3 burritos with steak. They were nice enough to leave this note but not tell me upon pickup. I am thankful that they scrubbed the bottom of the chicken pan to assemble chicken flakes to replace my missing steak. Who doesn’t love crusty chicken flakes?After calling chipotle, they provided me a refund for food.I just feel like this could have been handled better at the store. I would probably choose any other location to order at.
