The staff were nice and somewhat attentive. The food was not flavorful. Was very disappointed in my first (and only at this point) visit. The seafood in the special seafood burrito was absolutely not fresh tasting and made me feel sick after. I guess it's why it was on special. The fajitas had no real seasoning or flavor, which totallyshocked me. Extremely disappointed. Wished I had driven to Blue Habenero on Derroit in Cleveland instead.

The torta was ok. Kind of small and overpriced.

Amazing service. These guys have the best attitude, and even on Labor Day when they were short staffed we had the best service. Miguel the owner took care of our every need. He truly cares about his business.

Everything about this restaurant was good except for the most important part, service. I can honestly say I have not been to a restaurant where the servers were so rude and in such a hurry that we could not even get in a question or request. They walked away while we were still talking. They brought out the wrong drinks, the wrong food and my husband and my friend had to ask for their tortillas for their fajitas because they did not bring with food. Not to mention we had no room on our table because they did not take our dirty dishes. Oh did I mention one of the waiters was very rude to my friend because she accidentally went through the out door when coming in. I never have had such a bad service at a restaurant and have never put in a bad review. This experience was over the top. Sorry El Granero we won’t be back.

I was excited to try the place. Great margarita but granulated table salt for the rim? Come on.
Food was Fab. Service not so much. I would have had another margarita but I wasn’t asked. They didn’t even ck to see if my food was ok. Servers were at a table on their phones. Grant it, they weren’t busy. All the more reason to give a fabulous performance. Because of the food and good margarita, I’ll give them another try.

We're asked to be patient bc they had limited staff. But we didn't wait long for anything from drinks to food. Our waiteress was awesome. And always came to the table with a smile!

Nicest serving staff I’ve ever experienced. And food is generous, well priced, and delicious! They were also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Authentic Mexican.

Came in as a party of 7 and was seated quickly and then they never returned again. We sat there for over half an hour, no drinks, no one even stopping to say anything. We finally got the attention of an employee and when we asked where a server was he literally shrugged laughed and said I don’t know. Never again. 0/5

Awesome food, awesome service. Real good chips and salsa to start things off before upgrading to the queso which was great. I had the Quesadilla Supreme and it was excellent. Great flavor. Our server, Lily, was the best. Friendly and attentive. Provided excellent service. I did not catching the name of tonight’s host, but he was a great first-touch as well.
