I visited this Jersey Mike’s around 3 p.m. today. The food and service were good, but I noticed one employee wearing a necklace shaped like the outline of Israel with a Palestinian design. I think staff should not wear things with political meaning while working. Customers should be able to enjoy their meal in a neutral and non-political environment.

Jersey Mike's is beginning to become a rip-off. I went in because I had a coupon but was for a store further up the road. All the cold subs were between 7 and 8 dollars, so I asked for a number 1, a BLT sub. They made the sub and at checkout said, $9.50. That was roughly $2.00 more than any sub on the menu. Just because it's off menu they can gouge people. I won't be back any time soon. I like Jimmy John's better anyway.

Diaster! Ordered 6 subs on Friday for pickup at 4:30 Sat. Paid in advance. Not ready. Ran out of bread! Waited. Almost 5:00 and still waiting. Requested subs be cut in thirds, didn't happen. What are the chances they were made as ordered? Zero is my guess. Oh, in addition, despite chicken being available on website and in posters at the store, this location doesn't have chicken. Conclusion is that for one or two subs this location may be ok but for larger orders, in advance, try another franchise.

Visited for the first time on January 15th 2025. Arrive arrived at approximately 11 45 1 person inside placing order. 2 workershortly after I arrived 2 other people arrived to place orders. Nineither worker acknowledged any of us in the store. Well, I waited for 12 minutes.I walked out to never rearn.I will never visit another Jersey.Mike's although, I've never even tried it.If this the kind of service they provide they need to close
2/4 orders were wrong. One of us does not like mushrooms and received mushrooms in the sub and the other who requested mushrooms did not get any. The other specifically asked for chipotle mayo and didn’t get it either. The meat is dry and tasteless. Cross this off the list of places to go.

amazing employees. i put in a catering order that was around $150, and i arrived at the scheduled time to find out someone had taken it 30 minutes earlier, claiming it was theirs. the employees were apologetic and remade an order for 24 sandwiches in under 15 minutes. they did a great job and it’s not their fault if they aren’t instructed to double check orders.
