Went through nthe drive thru. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a double cheeseburger and 2 order of fries. It was 5:15 ish on a sunday. No long lines. No one inside. Paid, got our drinks and had to pull around and wait. 4 other cars were waiting. 10-15 minutes goes by and we finally get out food. Drove home (less than 5 minutes) All the burgers were all over the place. Not stacked like they should be. Really bad. The fries were ice cold and tasted old. We tossed those out. We remade our burgers. Very disappointed. Have had issues with this place before. This may have just pushed us over the edge and we will not go back. Got the feeling that the employees were not taking pride in their jobs. That is a direct reflection of management and ownership.

This should honestly be the poster child for McDonalds corporate to model all other locations after! Food is always fast, fresh, hot, service is great, and the food comes out looking like someone actually cared about presentation! Just an overall great McDonalds, owner/manager/staff should be proud!

This has definitely gotta be the best McDonalds around! Everyone is so friendly and the food is always fresh! Robin who is frequently in the drive thru, always greets me by name and is always so kind. It’s just an overall great experience every-time I come here.

Literally….. LIT•ER•A•LLY… the ONLY McDonalds I can go to that is consistent with the making of their food. Every other McD’s in NE Ohio serves their burgers smashed, tossed together sloppily, cold and downright old. Whoever works their grill on the regular is doing a great job! Someone trained these people right, that’s all I can say. Thanks for always selling freshly made food that’s packaged in an appetizing and neat way. Nothing worse than getting a balled up messy burger in your bag 🙄 AURORA MCDONALDS ROCKS!!!

I will be reaching out to compote about the AMAZING service I always receive here. While I cannot speak for the inside of the store, I am here usually twice a week (more than I care to admit haha) This is by FAR the best McDonald’s around. This is the only McDonald’s location that has never gotten my order wrong. They always give me the correct amount of condiments when I order them. 90% of the time the food is warm and fresh. (Obviously it’s fast food so I don’t expect perfection every time but these get pretty dang close). There’s also quite a few younger kids who work here who seem happy and always are really pleasant which is nice to see. Specifically, there is an older lady who has colored nails and wears glasses that is amazing. There’s also an assistant manger with brow who is equally amazing and a gentleman who is always smiling. KS #12 was the name on the receipt I beleive. 3/5 @ 1:24pm

Ordered a double cheeseburger for $2.99 Got home, sat down to eat, all there was on my sandwich was a piece of cheese and one pickle, NO MEAT!! What the hell McDonald's!?!?!?!?!
