The old male cashier taking orders at widow 1 is TERRIBLE. No customer service, rude, wouldn’t take order properly. Needs to be fired or retrained not my fault old and working the drive through at McDonald’s. It was KS#13, on 4/17/24 at 10:31am. RUDE I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE WILL TRAVEL TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TWINSBURG FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just went to this fancy drive-thru. All of the orders were met and there was no problem. Food and shake was delivered to the car very quickly and efficiently. Staff wasted zero time making the food and milkshake. Staff is very kind and very nice. Timing was absolutely perfect. Service was efficient. Shake was splendid. Hamburger was cooked perfectly. The small fries, they were perfect. The service here never fails to satisfy.

Mcdonalds in Solon, by Walmart. Terrible service at drive thru. Took 3 people to get a Happy Meal, 1 cheeseburger, 1 fry, and 11 min waiting. No one was nice. Oh, and they are out of the shamrock shake. Drove to the Streetsboro McD, great service, had the shake, and very polite

They sent me to wait to the Drive Tru area and forgot about me. After I wait for abot 40 min they gave some order with no one item in it. And now I am still waiting for the item I don't know how long. Why it happens??
