Very rude barista at window, drink was wrong and she rolled her eyes when I politely told her the drink wasn't what I ordered (it was presumably the drink for the person behind me as it was a completely different drink). My drink had a bad taste and the barista didn't say a word but rather just held it out the window making a face the whole time. Teenagers really need to work on their customer service/attitude. I ended up tossing the drink; I won't be returning to this location as it's not the first time this has happened with the same barista.

What is happening to Sbx? Years ago it was so nice to sit down and drink coffee, chat and do school work. Now they are rarely open? Second time in 2 weeks the cafe is closed, only drive through. Same experience with Solon location. I miss those bygone days when Sbux was an actual cafe.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on at this location, but I spent almost 25 minutes this morning waiting in line for a mobile pickup order because the cafe was not open. If you can't allow for proper mobile pick up timing, management needs to fully disable this option. Not only was my cappuccino cold by the time I got it, but it was a quarter filled, tasted awful, and was full of grounds. Having it remade was not even an option based on the line going around the building and the wait.

Insulted by the rude staff. Be prepared to wait an hour in the drive thru if you can even get in line. Do yourself a favor and drive to the location near Target where you can get a drink much faster that actually tastes like coffee.

Friendly staff; nice environment. Why the 1 star review? Don't believe the posted hours. Everyone was kicked out of the Cafe at 3:15pm on a weekday because this location was short staffed. Avoid this location -- you might get kicked out during normal business hours.

this starbucks is actually horrible. i paid 19.99 for my drink that was 6.75 to be doordashed and that was my fault for door dashing it in the first place, but when it got here it was the wrong order with someone else’s name on it and it was delivered to the wrong house and i had to search my street to find my drink. the in person service is horrible to, and im convinced the workers don’t even listen when i speak to them. i feel like it’s not that hard to make a lemonade and somehow they mess it up almost every time

This location has struggled a whole lot since the last manager, Shelby was sent to another store. I can tell you the locals miss her, she was really keeping the store moving despite being under staffed, and she knew most of us by name. Now the new manager is also leaving - I only know this because you can over hear him often talking about how he is quitting and is overjoyed at that fact. What a shame.

Nothing is ever extraordinary here. I've had one really good experience at this location. Most of the time when there is an issue with my drink it's too much of a hassle to get it made right. Sometimes you get a nice or good barista but too hit or miss to go often at all. The one inside the target is way better and has almost never failed.

The employees close early. Employees are rude, told me “I can’t do cold brew, can’t do frappes, can’t do Anything”!
