Hello! My name is Mackenzie i am the AGM at the Jersey Mikes right around the corner. I come here 5 out of the 7 days sometimes 6. I have to say the team here is amazing! They quickly learned my order... I am really bad with names but the one I remember is Ava! She is such a sweet heart and always makes my drink on point! But this whole team at this store is amazing šŸ‘

I ordered a drink from one location through the drive-through as I pulled it off and got on the freeway. I tasted my drink and it was super watery. I did not like it so I couldn’t naturally just turn around so I decided to continue to my destination, and there was a Starbucks near the destination, so I pulled into the Starbucks walked inside actually and explained the situation that my drink didn’t taste right and that I was you know near this location so I decided to ask them if they could remake it actually if I could order a whole other drink because at the first location, they did not have the drink that I wanted, which was the sugar cookie latte. She said that they could not make a new drink. I had to get the same drink that I originally ordered which was not a big deal and that I had to wait 15 minutes now I don’t know if she said that’s a kind of discouraged me from even getting a new drink, but I said no problem. I’ll wait. I didn’t have to wait as long, but I really believe she wanted me to give up and say oh never mind and the second drink that they made me was also terrible. I’m not sure who is the new owner of Starbucks but the customer service is actual trash. I used to call if I had an issue and they would give me another drink credit to my app or they would be just more accommodating and have better attitudes lately. Every time I call or have to go in and get a drink remade They have an attitude and Starbucks is too expensive for them to not get your drink order right and for her to try to deter me from getting a new drink made after I pay for it and gave me some bogus. Excuse that I will have to wait to try to get me to leave is not right is bad Customer Service. I’m not sure if she was the manager her name looked like it was Kate on her badge it’s busy in there because of the holiday season but it’s not that busy and I only had to wait maybe five or six minutes it’s just ridiculous and they piss me off. No wonder why they’re on strike. It’s choppy because I’m speaking. From my phones mic. Lol Starbucks sucks! Won’t be returning

Rude drive thru and several occasions asked to go light on the milk was told drinks can not be modified or made with less ice., but was able to add an extra shot of espresso , its that still a modificationšŸ¤·šŸæ

Wow, this is one amazing Starbucks! Our food was on plates and our drinks were in glasses! On top of that, the employees were very nice and we got our order quickly. Five stars flawless greater than great!

They were super great with service and our food came out hot and they delivered it to us everyone was super nice and polite and respectful when we ask for here we did not expect two plates a cup that we had never seen before it was super cool seeing all of them and they all interacted with us and asked us how our drinks were and were super friendly five stars Flawless greater than great

The store manager who answers the drive through is extremely rude, aggressive, condescending, and short tempered. Every time. There were no people in line ahead or behind, and maybe one person in the store. There’s no call for this.

I was having beverages with a friend and my daughter-n-law and her two children, 15 months and 4 yr old. There were four other people in the restaurant when the manager, Anthony, asked my daughter-n-law to leave with her kids. Said it was his principal that they were being to loud.(the 15 mo old was walking around and we had to keep bringing her back to the table. Yes, she was testing her independence.) she was not crying at all. After they left, I asked the manager who complained and he said ā€œno one, it’s my store and I set the policys. ā€ So please don’t take your kids to this store. Also, except for the person who waited on us, the other employees behind the counter were rude. I will not be going back. I’ve never had this happen before.

The customer service here was outstandingly bad. When I was ordering my drinks, the male barista was noticeably rude and seemed irritated. I was judged for the amount of espresso shots i ordered in my drink, which i felt was very unprofessional. Then at the pickup window, I politely asked for a straw, and he responded with, ā€œNext time you need to ask earlier,ā€ in an annoyed tone. I understand things can get busy, but there’s no reason to treat customers with that kind of attitude. I hope the staff here can work on being more courteous—it really affects the overall experience.
