Got old stale nacho fries and smelly congealed cheese. The tacos were hardly wrapped so cheese and meat all fell into bag and left a huge grease stain on my seat. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever stopped at. Will not be returning.

This place is so pathetic and should be shut down I ordered my food it tasted still old, cold, Still and it's nothing like they said it would be it's not made the way it should be is missing a lot of products I ordered a crunch rap and got this flat piece of bread and my taco pizza was horrible old steal tacos with old grease taste to them and it's some type of sauce on them. So I am keeping this proof that sent me to the ER causing me to continually vomit , costing me work hrs

So for the last few months I’ve come here to pick up door dash orders at night and was told “our door dash is down” i contact door dash and they have no alerts of the system being down here. So i notched this only happens at night time, i assumed the workers are lazy and don’t want to work but had no proof until today i come back after bot coming here for a few weeks while waiting i hear the manager say “im about to shut off door dash for a while” so now i know for sure they pick and choose when they want to turn the door dash off and then drivers get orders come here just to waste our time to cancel the order & get penalized by door dash. As a dasher i wouldn’t recommend coming here past 8:30-9pm

most annoying thing is being charged .50-.75¢ for a side cup of sour cream for dipping quesadilla in and these is what I get... absolutely nonsense. not only that but I have other bad experiences here w wait time on food cuz of improper management and not knowing how to run/operate fast food business...

For being understaffed and in a stressful situation the staff is always SO nice. One time they closed early but were kind enough to make sure I still got my order. My food is always accurate, especially compared to other locations. They're working through some issues with staffing and other stuff but a little patience goes a long way.

I went to Taco Bell. I could not get tacos. I guess they only accept orders on Doordash. The McDonald's next door is great though.

This taco bell needs help. They've been open around 8 months, and everyone has been excited to have another quick food option around. I ordered on door dash, the driver made it to the location, then went elsewhere. Nearly an hour later I asked the driver what the issue was with my taco bell order, then they cancelled my order with no response.
No problem, I got a refund and headed to the store myself, where there was only one car in line. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker, listening to the cashier breathe in a static mic, only to finally be told they are only taking door dash orders. Weird. So I pulled up to the window to ask the cashier if my previous order had been picked up, but he ignored me and wouldn't speak to me.
With all the negative reviews and the obvious loss of customers, how is this place still open? I would post pictures of my order, but I am 0/2 on tacos tonight.
