This is one of the worst taco bells in the area. They are never busy, but the food is cold and seems like it's been sitting for awhile. They will only take one order at a time and refuse to take another order until that person is gone. This is ridiculous

Whoever manages this place needs to step up. I came in around 1am the doors were open but nobody was inside. Pitch black. The police ended up showing up just cause the alarms went off. Who forgets to lockup there store..😂 aye I got a free Baja blast outta it. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON THE WEBSITE. You guys open till 12 NOT 1am unless yall just believe nobody coming and just close up early but that would be violating guidelines cause if you open till 1 and I come in 12:40 im still supposed/expect to get service!!!

This place sucks. I can never place an order. You can't place one online unless it's doordash. Can't go inside because doors are locked or kiosks don't work. They don't use the counter anymore apparently. Drive thru takes too long because there are always cars pulled around the building waiting for there order.

Orders take forever to go through. Whether it is in person or on the app, it takes FOREVER to get your order!
The staff is apologetic and friendly but, as an ample, my order was scheduled to be ready at 1:20pm. It was a small order 2: specialty menu item and 2 Ben rice and cheese burritos. It’s now 1:48pm and it still isn’t ready.
A group of teenage girls came in after me, ordered off the screens in the store, and got their order 5-10 min before me.

The staff worked so hard during dinner rush. They were kind and patient with patrons. Food took longer than expected to come out, but as to be expected due to how busy the location was at the time.

Very disappointed. The order was cold, the employee didn't know the options for what was ordered, so we ended up with a traditional soft taco supreme, hard taco, and beef burrito. Will not go to this location again. TERRIBLE.. food was not prepared correct...yuk!

Got old stale nacho fries and smelly congealed cheese. The tacos were hardly wrapped so cheese and meat all fell into bag and left a huge grease stain on my seat. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever stopped at. Will not be returning.

This is a disgrace. They forgot meat on my tacos and they forgot to get my chips and cheese. And they did not answer the phone because they don't want to hear complans this business is flunking.
