For being understaffed and in a stressful situation the staff is always SO nice. One time they closed early but were kind enough to make sure I still got my order. My food is always accurate, especially compared to other locations. They're working through some issues with staffing and other stuff but a little patience goes a long way.
Went through the drive through around 10pm on Friday night. Definitely took longer than I would’ve liked, but they appeared pretty short staff.
I messed up my drink order when I ordered and they quickly fixed it without any issues. Food was solid and everything was right. Positive experience overall, especially when the one in Solon closes at 8pm.

I really can’t explain how much I love this Taco Bell, I always feel so bad cause I always order jalapeños after placing my online order and they are always so sweet about it. But seriously the woman at the window here is seriously the nicest and has such an amazing energy every time we come here. Shout out to the people cooking in the kitchen also, they always get our order right. Just wanted you guys to know I appreciate you guys, and so thankful there’s at least one place...
