Worked hard all day and stopped here for dinner.... huge mistake.evidently these folks are too busy socializing to get your order correct, or to even make fresh food when requested. I ordered 20 dollars worth of stale cold food. My big fish was hard around the edges and not warm at all my mozzarella sticks were non existent. They gave me chicken fries instead. What makes me mad is that I came back to get it made right and they literally did the same thing twice. This is unacceptable This was clearly done as a form of revenge. Why would a shift manager be so irresponsible??? My advice is to stay away from people that just don't care. I may be old school but I believe if you do it wrong then you should make it right.

Food was well made and quickly prepared. Customer service was some of the best I've received in a long time. Highly recommend.
This food was lovely, but the service not so much. My family and I stopped to eat but then our car battery died. My dad walked in and asked if anyone could help, they said no and called the manager and he said no one can help us. Fortunately a really nice man helped us. Maybe my whole family should have went in begging on our hands and knees. It was also raining hard so we were drenched. 10/10 do not recommend asking for help.

Although the food was good, I had a terrible experience. When walking in, my young, baby sister started crying because we couldn’t get our car to start! Absolutely no one would help. I understand that it may be a safety thing, but instead of expressing that, the manager looked at me and screamed no. He walked away. We said we had cables and just needed help, but even after spending $30, nothing. He should’ve just thrown a crown at me!

Absolutely disgusted in the fact that this is considered a "large" slushie! You pay more but get very little. This cup is small enough as it is and they didn't even fill it up. Asked the worker and was told that is what we get for buying a large. Just WOW!

I was there on July 15. They appeared fully staffed but steady with customers. The drink bar and floor was sticky and covered in soda pop. My food was cold. I didn't say anything at the time as I was just so disappointed. I finished my sticky drink and left. Also, the chairs and stools in the dining area area are too heavy and make very loud noises when moved. It's very annoying ?
