As a DoorDash driver my service this morning WAS TERRIBLE! Usually it’s ready to go on the counter but this morning DEAR GAWDDD!! It took me 10 mins to drive to the store, then I stood in the store for atleast 15 minutes and 2/3 shakes were just sitting around already made for atleast 12 minutes while others orders were prioritized. Crazy work on a $40 order!!! Order #66

Love Burger King! My only gripe is the ketchup that you pump into a cup is always watery, just super runny. If it wasn’t so runny then maybe not so many packets will be used.

Best fast food we’ve had in so long. I only eat it on a cheat day and get so disappointed when it’s bad. This was so good. The burgers were on point and were annoying with our topping substitutes. It was fast and we got a lot of good. It’s a 20 min drive and it was a little cold and STILL better than any place minutes from us🤗

It was terrible we waited forever the food was cold, the pie was so melted couldn't even eat it. I'll never go back to that place. They were not very friendly either.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered food, which was fine. Along with a sprite and an ice coffee. The girl working proceeded to tell me that the they weren’t allowed to put cream and sugar into it if they were busy. The sprite was completely out, so it was just carbonated water pretty much and she also said that’s normal and that’s just the way the sprite there tasted like. Probably won’t return to this one and continue to go to the other locations.

Haven't been for at least a year loved Ashtabulas onion rings these were cold and soggy and it shouldn't matter what I spend think this question is inappropriate. Won't be going back

A place called Burger King...pulled up to drive threw and they have no whopper patties and no burger patties. Only fish and chicken.... come on BURGER KING. BS.

Went through drive thru ordered fish sandwich, fries and vanilla shake about 7:PM Monday 6-16-25. Service at window was OK. They gave my food in a bag and no receipt. Got home pulled out my sandwich and it was chicken. Not too happy. I was charged for fish. Usually there is not a problem and I usually check the bag before leaving but was in a hurry. My mistake.
