Just had an instance with them where I placed an order for delivery at 7:37. My delivery time was suppose to be at 8:52. That time came and went and we waited another half hour before we called them. My wife called and they was very rude to her telling her theres nothing they can do cuz that would just screw him annd basically said it was our fault cuz we ordered contactless. Eventually he hung up on my wife and cancelled my order all together. If his driver left it at the wrong house that’s understandable people make mistakes but for a business to not wanna make things right and give attitude over the situation is very unprofessional. Update it has been a week now since my order was not delivered and then cancelled by Capps and still no refund. I have been going to this establishment for about 7 years now pretty consistently and spending 70 or more each time and I’m disappointed that I can no longer trust that if a mistake happens it won’t be corrected.

Food is so good. Craving pizza/pub food, this satisfied every craving. Pizza was really good with sauce that isn't too sweet. The buffalo chicken balls were amazing! Sizes were generous. So glad we stopped

Went to the website, called and ordered dinner at 4:00 for me and my wife. First off the prices on the menu on the website didn't match the prices in the restaurant. Placed order. Promised food in 1 hour; it got to the house 20 minutes late. Extra bonus - food was cold. A reheated burger never tastes the same. Called restaurant and spoke to manager. Was told sorry - it happens. Well sorry, I guess I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Great Pizza. Also very reliable & fast delivery. I ordered pizza, not realizing how bad the roads had gotten with the snow. A very sweet & kind young woman delivered our pizza, miraculously on time, in a snowstorm! I would have completely understood if they had called and asked me to come get it instead though.
