It’s really cool that you can make your own iced or hot coffee, giving you the freedom to customize it just the way you like. The staff at the gas station were super friendly, definitely not your typical gas station staff. The Dunkin’ Donuts area was also impressively clean. Overall, a quick and pleasant stop!”

It doesn't state Dunkin EXPRESS on Google Maps or when looking it up on Google either (though Google search says no dine in but I don't know if there is tables/ chairs provided by Pilot Travel Center) I grasp it's in a truck stop but it should state that and really should put express in the title like every other business with an express like McDonald's or Holiday Inn etc. When I saw it started express on the building I thought they'd have the easiest menu items making for a small menu of items like McDonald's does when I've been to the express ones. I single assumed at the very least the typical various donuts and bagels along with simple coffee/ latee/cappuccino etc items made like at every Dunkin but no, just pre made pump your own coffee that sits for hours, no different coffee flavors like at Wawa, 7/11 or every gas station/ small convenience store and about 6 to 8 different donuts and no bagels or anything. All sitting on an island so you get it all yourself, another words not a Dunkin just branded coffee in a warmer and literally 6 to 8 donuts period. Not 6 to 8 types no the amount of donuts is 6 to 8. Should've been stayed it's not actually a Dunkin only serve yourself products in an extremely simplified way.

They must have changed the recipes. It's been a long time, I was looking forward to a delicious doughnut. WOW! It was so bad I actually put it in the trash! Seems to me, companies are cut the quality to make a buck. Sadly I won't be going back.
