Again happy to report as a truck driver the amount of negative reviews for this subway are only coming from people who just want to complain when they have to function like a normal adult and are told the rules of an establishment they ones writing negative reviews must not be used to being told no and therefore complain when they don’t get their way. This particular subway has fast friendly employees and good food the people complaining about it being at a trucks top and feel the employees are being rude I can guarantee that in fact it was not the employees being rude it was the selfishness of entitled whiny people trashing a good establishment

I would not recommend stopping at this location if you are traveling and have multiple children with you. Tiffany, the store manager has an issue with people coming in to place large orders without calling ahead although this location does not allow mobile ordering, which is what we tried doing as we were sitting in the parking lot. It is awfully inconvenient to have to call and order ahead at a subway location attached to an actual truckstop, mint for traveling families and traveling individuals. What a shame that they didn’t get our hundred dollar order and said we went next-door and had wonderful service at Taco Bell, which I would recommend.

Happy to report we stopped at another subway attached to a different truck stop in Indiana, where we were greeted with kindness and served wonderfully although the store was extremely busy. Turns out it was a locality issue paired with lazy and poor management along with terrible attitudes at this location.

My wife and I stopped here, with our 4 kids, while driving home from New York to Illinois from Thanksgiving. While getting gas, I was going to order our 6 footling’s via the mobile app. This subway doesn’t allow mobile ordering. So I walked in with two of our kids, stood in a line, and then when it came to my turn, I apologized and said I had a big order. I said all 6 were on white bread to make it easier. She then rolled her eyes at me and told me next time, I needed to call ahead. She wants me to call ahead when they are literally in a gas station, off the interstate, where we pulled off randomly? Then gave the excuse to my wife that they were closed YESTERDAY because of the weather. I’m not sure what yesterday’s snow has to do with my order today. Come to find out, that was their store manager, Tiffany. I do NOT recommend stopping here. We pulled across the street to a Taco Bell, where they happily and kindly took our very large order and made it wonderfully.

EDIT: Make sure you take screenshots of that particular Subway stores employee also making reviews about their store that harass people who comment negatively. They make for great attachments to the email that was sent to corporate. I guess none of you should listen to any of the reviews before me either. I managed a restaurant for years and I guess letting employees be disrespectful to customers was a part of training I missed.

I ordered a footlong meatball combo from doordash. Subway packaged it up in a bag and when I went to open the bag they had stapled through the potato chips so the bag ripped open, and then I had a 6-inch sub when I paid for a 12, and I got the wrong soda! Also my sandwich is supposed to be hot and toasted and it's ice cold.

I was here today 9/24 and I ask one of the girls to change her gloves since she touch the screen than she give attitude. While I was there they started talking about and giving me bad looks. Will never stop this subway again

Sad and disgusting. So I show up tonight waiting to place an order at 1215 and stood waiting for 15 mins for them to say they are closed after waiting on the 3 people in front of me then said they are closed with 3 of us still waiting in line? Yet on their signs says 1am and when I complained to the manager he said due to staffing? Like you have staff waiting on people? Sounds more like laziness to me! Obviously yall don't know the first step to running restaurant and it shows. Will NEVER return. Honestly you should be ashamed.

Went here @9:37 and the lady had everything closed up, i stood there waiting to see if she said anything, and i finally asked after just standing there if they were closed she said yes. Everything says they are open till 1am?

The employee named Amber at this location has a horrible attitude. Don't ask questions if you get confused because the attitude will get worse!!!

I went to this subway location which was inside of a Pilot Gas station off of 45. As soon as I got into line to place my order I noticed right away the employee Amber had an attitude. As customers would tell her what they wanted she would roll her eyes while asking them what kind of bread and cheese they wanted and then rolled her eyes again while asking them if they wanted their sandwich toasted. Not one customer in line was being difficult or challenging so I couldn’t understand what the issue was. The food was fresh and tasted good so that was a plus but if you’re going to hire employees make sure they keep their problems and attitudes at the door when they clock in! Can’t hire for customer service when the employee isn’t built for it! I will refrain from eating at this subway in the future.
