I'm a truck driver and wanted to stop by after a long drive to place an order. Today, January 11th, I approached the door to place an order for dinner. The man working there quickly closed the door and window when he saw me. He left the building, even though they were supposed to be open, and headed to the Pilot. I spoke to him, but he pretended not to hear me. This is nonsense; I've never seen anything like it. What's the point of setting up a Taco Bell next to a gas station if the employees deliberately pretend not to notice their customers?

I ordered a crispy chicken burrito and a large drink. Never looked at the receipt. Went and got an iced tea. After waiting more than 10 minutes, I grabbed the receipt & went to ask about it. Then I noticed, even after questioning which sauce I wanted, she never rang it up. So, I tried to order it again. I was told they no longer have it. IT'S RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF THE MENU BOARD. Worse, the iced tea has lemon in it. There is no signage saying so. I'm allergic to lemon. This place obviously doesn't want any business. I certainly won't be back.

1 star is pretty generous considering my almost $7 burrito was 80% tortilla. My “ steak” quesadilla was a few tiny shards of steak and mainly tortilla once again. Not to mention there’s no cheese sauce when there open for another 2 hours and I get no money back or things to replace what I’m paying for. All there worried about is there drive thru times not the customer. Last time going here
