I have worked in the restaurant field for 13 yrs 6 yrs as a head chef and this place cannot cook orders right and when you complain about it they ignore you or when you call in about order they hang up the place is under staffed and lack of manager skills and cooking skills I will never go back to Denny's in austinburg Ohio along with alot of the truckers I have talked to saying the same thing.

3:30 in the afternoon, out of almost Everything! The service was very good, food was so bad other than the breakfast, it was inedible. It was basically a salad or breakfast, anything else was soaked in salt or burnt. whoever orders for stock and the cook on shift should be fired and walked out immediately. The place used to be from great to good,this time it just sucked This was 8-15-2024.Lotsa luck.

Ordered through door dash a build me up burger (make ur own) and they forgot mayonnaise and the jalapeños I ordered for it, and a New York cheese cake slice with the strawberry’s on it. And got a plain slice of cheese cake. WAITED OVER AN HOUR for my food at no fault to the dasher as I was in communication with her and she was prompt to respond. And quick with my order when she left the restaurant. So not sure why it was COLD cold when I got it. Only good thing about my order was the dashed who brought it and was communicative and nice and the restaurant play zero part in how I ended up with her delivering to me. Wouldn’t waist my time or my money with this facility again!!!
