I ordered online during thanksgiving and their power went out so most of the online orders were missing. There was over 10+ people waiting for food. Lobby was full, people were irritated. Chaotic. Jenna(?) I believe was her name, took it upon herself to start writing down names, orders and quickly get people their food. She was doing amazing!! In a high stress situation where it would be understandable to drop everything and walk out, she did amazing and took care of the situation as best she could. She definitely deserves a raise!!
