Rude and incompetent. Don't go here. Couldn't take a to-go order and of course they screwed it up so I had to go back. No sorry. No upgrade. Just "hear you go" after making me wait even longer. They even gave me an attitude when we just asked for jelly for the bisquits which they also failed to include the first time. Manager saw the whole thing and hide in the back while the workers hd to fix everything...fire him and get someone I there that knows how to run a restaurant.

I visited Bob Evans for breakfast with my wife and we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Sam was awesome. We ordered the Double Blueberry Hotcakes. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous. They were loaded with blueberries and topped with whipped cream. There were no downsides to talk about. Sam. You're the best!
