Ordered a mushroom swiss burger online. Only cheese options were American, cheddar or no cheese. So since I had to pick one of the 3, I picked no cheese, then received a $20 burger with absolutely zero cheese. It's called a mushroom SWISS burger, where's the swiss??

Absolute failure of operation. ridiculous wait for drinks and 2 hours from seating to getting food, and it came out cold. Busy because of Ohio State Michigan game but no excuse for how poorly they performed. Whoever was responsible should be fired.

We decided to go and take advantage of the 19.99 special that's been everywhere. It's not really that great of a deal because you can always use one protein and the rest of your size so you can't really tailor it to how you want. Food overall wasn't bad. The prices of things are changing but the atmosphere and the experience is not. The wings aren't usually that bad but that's because I ordered them a special way. I ordered a blue Long Island and it really just tastes like Kool-Aid. Our server was nice, although she didn't come back to the table very much. Overall, when you go to Buffalo wild wings you tend to technically expect to get what you get.

Food is good, however the service is truly terrible every single time we go. Every time we stand there and wait forever for a table because apparently hosts don’t exist, and servers are looking at us like we’re not standing there. If we order online, there is never anyone standing at the desk to the point where we are asking around if anyone can help. Like I said, we order because the food is good, but come on… there should always be someone watching the host stand/online orders even if your staff is low.

I just have a few things to say, I’m not over exaggerating or anything I’m being completely honest. My waiter I had was not good. I understand some people could be having a bad day, but the slow service has happened to me by the same waiter multiple times now. I asked her to move to a bigger table because we had more people coming then we realized, which yes i understand that was our fault. But she then proceeded to raise her voice, and get uncomfortably close to me. I would like to also say, she said we would be able to move tables to a bigger one, not even 10 minutes before, she was fully fine with it. She will take you drink, even if you aren’t done, then come back with a cup halfway filled and barely any ice. But that’s even if she comes back to the table not every 30 minutes. Then once we were done, she proceeded to beg us for tips. Which I understand she could be living off of, but there is no reason you should be begging teenagers for tips, especially if the service wasn’t good. She then also was grazing my friends back with her hand, which made him very uncomfortable. She then took my credit card, for 30 minutes. Im not kidding I didn’t see my credit card for 30 minutes. She would come back to our table, with no credit card in hand. Then, when my friend went over because her credit card kept declining, she was able to see my other friend’s card on the floor. And she ALSO threw my credit card. Yes i understand we were a group of teenagers, but we do tip based off of experience. We understand people have their struggles and rough days but there is no reason a full grown woman should be throwing coin at a teenager. I really do enjoy eating here, I love the food but seriously the service hasn’t been great. I would like to add as well, we were her only table most of the time. It wasn’t until the last 30 minutes, aka the 30 minutes I didn’t have my credit card, she had another table. Please BWW, do better. Jody, the waiter I had, please do better.

BESTIES ALPHA

Every time we go and we have one specific waitress, the service SUCKS. Not to name any names, but it’s Jody. She is SO FREAKING WEIRD, and always says how she “wants to get to know us” and then proceeds to not check on our table at all. On a Wednesday around two o’clock, not busy at all mind you, and it took over an hour to get our food and a refill on our drinks. It seemed like she was avoiding our table like the plague, and then she practically begged one of my friends for a tip. “Are you gonna tip? Are you gonna tip?” Literally while she was holding my friend’s change. She caressed my friend’s back and kept touching my knee with her leg, took my friends half full water when she didn’t want a new one and replaced it with the same amount of water??? It wouldn’t be as big of a problem if it was a one time thing, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME we have her as a waitress. Her weirdness/creepiness combined with the bad service… Not good.

Advertised endless apps everywhere had no apps except chips. Placed 3 of us at a 2 top never cleaned booths the whole time we were there. Took 45 minutes for our food and it came out wrong. I questioned waitress because my sandwich was wrong tried to say it was right and then came back and said I was right. Half

A national chain should maintain a standard. We were traveling through Youngstown and stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner because we were in a hurry and expected it to be consistent with other locations. It wasn’t, service was slow, food was sub par, and no one was cleaning tables. There were two empty tables next to ours that no one cleared the plates from the people who had already left. Also there was a weird smell, almost like a motor oil smell. Overall a bad experience. Expectations weren’t high, but this was bad.
