Got our entire order wrong. Unfortunately, didn’t notice until we got home. Went back and went inside this time to get a refund. Not only did she not apologize but as she walked away, she said “I hate white people” I’m pretty sure this was the manager. The whole thing was so ridiculous. Avoid this place.

Went thru the drive thru, simple order, the drive thru girl was rude, and ZERO manners. She dropped my bag on the floor, and went to pick it up, and I told her I don’t want that one. It fell on the floor. She had an attitude, never apologized, never said will make you a new burger. She just shut the window. So rude & nasty, if I could rate this pace a ZERO I would. So I waited for the second burger, ,when finished she just opened the door and handed it to me. Never said thank you for waiting, thank you for your patience. Nothing. What a rude, ugly person. I called the manager and spoke to the manager, she could care less. She acted like I was bothering her. Don’t go to this Burger King ever! Go to Wendy’s right down the road. The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful.

Ordered a plain cheeseburger. Got it home and it was half eaten with pickles, mustard and ketchup on it. Disgusting. The service here has gone down hill. This is my third mistake at this place and I’m done.

Watching as the manager and other employee smoke out back while pointing at trash making the nice kid pick up trash with his hands instead of a broom and pan. Not even helping him. So ghetto. Granted, maybe if fast food paid better, there would be better more respectable employees and management.

The sandwich was cold. Had to sit in drive-thru line for a longer amount if time. When employee was told food was cold, they developed a huge attitude and turned rude very quickly.
There was a young man by the name of Aquarius, he was so pleasant and very friendly. I called corporate because I will give a compliment before I knock someone down. This young man will definately be somebody in this world. You are lucky to have him and other workers like him

9 pm only 2 cars in drive thru I do my order .. I tell you that please do not onion that the person is alergica..me they deliver the meal after 23 min waiting when I receive the order ..no napkins, no ketchup for the fried potatoes ..I ordered some nuggets of 8 they charge me and they give me about 4 ..I open my hamburger and I did not get two or three without 6 onion rings when I tell them not to onion cold nugget ..in fine bad service bad food
