Chipotle Mexican Grill

Made the mistake of coming here again to see if it got any better. . It's worse. You have to order double meat to get the equivalent of a 3 piece nugget. So much room is left in the bowl they could give more of everything
honestly there's barely any meat a all or cheese,rice ect . It's become a joke at this point. I won't be back

Stopped here on a road trip from Detroit to DC. Glad we did - everything was fresh and service was great. Quality of this chain has declined at least in the Michigan area, so was good to find a Chipotle that lived up to what we remember.

The sense of urgency in this store is not a thing. I place my orders hours in advance and it’s still never ready on time, rarely ever get napkins and cutlery like I ask for and I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted, it’s pretty awkward.

The food is good and fresh but they are often out of many options. Staff always seems irritated and not friendly.

Last night this grown man put his hands on my sister and repeatedly punched her to the ground and his friend who was working behind the counter and is one of the employees laughed.

Out of chicken, food cross contamination and dirty, customers not being acknowledged despite at least 5 employees doing other things. Management told me they were busy instead of stopping the table cleaning demonstration and greeting anyone. Food was inaccurate for 2 of 3 orders. Two employees appeared to be doing the majority of the work like cooking and preparing bowls. Waited 30 minutes after I saw my ticket printed and after I spoke directly to an employee then waited 25 minutes for my order to be handed to me. A regular customer was chatted up while people came and left and were not even acknowledged that were there before the regular customer.

Food was delicious, portions were perfect, Ryan who checked me out was awesome. Only recommendation is to add a tip button to the credit card machine.

completely wrong order with my mobile order slapped right on top of it like that’s right. absolutely ridiculous. also ordered large chips & queso and they’re out for the day but didn’t offer a refund. not impressed at all. you don’t close for another 2 hours. do better.

The white rice here is ALWAYS bad, it's never fully cooked. I'm not sure if the timers are a bit off set, also the portions are terrible.

I have a pretty good and consistent experience whenever I visit, but this time it was over the top. I walked in with a bit of a weird request but that didn't stop the guy on the line and Petra from serving exactly what I asked for. How thankful I am that got there before a bit of a rush and to have a good place to grab a good bite!
