I don't say this often, but WOW!! What I would give to have a local Chipotle in my local area.$31 bucks for 2 meals, but the alternative is $22 bucks for 2 meals at a fast food restaurant of poor rapport. I'm in the camp of people who'd rather pay the extra $9 and get a Filling, Healthy, DELICIOUS meal that brings me joy throughout the day from just thinking about it.The service providers were warm, friendly and full of smiles. As of this moment, Chipotle stands 2nd to None for my pallet.Vegetarian options: I'm a meat eater, but would happily enjoy any of their vegetarian selections. The food is amazing, even without the chicken.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space, clean organized area and friendly atmosphere. Sure to be a Win for all family occasions.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space and accessibility. The staff is so helpful, you will surely have a wonderful experience.

I eat chipotle about 3 times a week. im not much for complaining at all. I walk in today at 9:30pm and ask for a burrito and get told that only online orders can order burritos, that walk ins can not becuase they are low on tortillas ... literally their job is to take the customers orders, get paid and everyone leaves happy. Instead i walked out because i refuse to sit there in line to order a burrito online when they could of just made the burrito and made money. instead they lost my service....

On more than one occasion I have ordered food via mobile orders and had to sit at the window for long periods of time (no other cars in the pick up window line, just mine at the window). Normally I'd assume maybe they were busy, but again more than once I can see my order sitting there ready when I arrive. Today I sat at the pick up window for more than 7 minutes with nobody coming over to tell me there would be a wait or to give them a moment. Again, as I could see my food bagged up and ready to go. The fact that the window was being ignored was more frustrating than the actual wait time. I've definitely had more good experiences at this location than bad, but this isn't the first or even second time something like this has happened at this location. Simply acknowledging the window would have made the experience better. Especially since all they had to do was ask a name and hand the bag out the window that was already ready to go.
I came in on a Sunday night kids just standing around talking and watching one person make the orders, and when he said he needed more meat he said “sounds like a you problem” I’ve never been to a chipotle like this very bad customer service besides the one guy that was actually WORKING!

I was really surprised at how dirty this place was. There was food all over the counter where they put together the burritos and falling off onto the floor. The food itself looked old and inside the burrito was totally cold. I never seen a Chipotle like this.
