What's not to love about ice cream? And they have some other food as well.

Average location, nothing fancy. Employees are nice.

One of my Lady's favorite sweet tooth Locations. When she wants a shake or a cone, she wants some Austintown DQ. And the friendly staff are always fast and on top of their game. Great place to get a treat.

Will stop for ice cream once or twice a month. The puppies get a small child’s cup and we usually get a smoothie.

This place has the best Christmas decor I have ever seen in any restaurant or fast food place! It is very inviting, and very well organized. The choices of ice cream and dairy style options are great. I order a vanilla milkshake, and it was not too hard or too soft (two problems I experience all the time when ordering a milk shake). They had a great assortment of cakes and ice cream too. Would recommend for desserts!

At about 1 PM on Friday October 11, 2024, I stopped at the DQ on Mahoning Ave just outside Austintown. I had a coupon for the $3 small shake and thought I’d treat myself. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. When I ordered I told the person I wanted a small chocolate shake with whipped cream. Order confirmed, I waited patiently in line. It wasn’t long. I pulled up to the window and the worker told me I owed $3.79 for a small shake. I reminded him of the coupon. He said, “ the price is before the coupon”. I said “yes, but I only owe you $3”. He just looked at me, but did inly charge me $3. Then he brings forth my shake, no whipped cream. I reminded him of the whipped cream and he proceeds to tell me “ we are Very Busy and there are only 2 of us here”! I told him thank you, but thank you was ignored. What? He has no idea what busy is, just apologize and add the whipped cream please. Stop making excuses. And…. He was skimpy on that whipped cream he added.

The staff was awesome! The decor was so festive for fall. You can tell that they really care about the store and customers!

Very clean store and everything tasted great. The young lady that took my order was very courteous. The most impressive thing I noticed at the store was that they showcased their employees on the tv’s. No other DQ I’ve been to has ever done that! Kudos to the owners, managers and employees for taking such pride in this store.
