Denny’s has been my go to for a casual dining experience. Simple food, good prices. Not any more. Don’t know what happened, but I suspect the new management isn’t all that competent. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, but the last few times we have been, has been a big disappointment. No salad, no steak, no salmon; and when they DO have it available, the quality has definitely gone downhill. If this carries on, Denny’s will close down again. We left without eating, today, because they didn’t have what we ordered. This seems to be happening a lot. It’s a shame, but we won’t be back.

I had an absolutely awesome waitress named Angel. It was very busy and she was super on top of things. I ordered the chicken tender dinner and it was hot and tasty.

The cashier at the front was so rude and nasty because I asked for a side of steak sauce. That’s literally a part your job. If you don’t want to be in customer service, go work at Amazon or scrub bathrooms. Maybe she was having a bad day, but be professional. The food was decent besides the fries being cold.

Waited extra long for breakfast. Patrons that came in after us received their breakfast first. We asked about our breakfast and that is when we got ours. On top of that, the meal was barely warm. When we went to pay the bill, there were 6 glasses of ice tea charged on the receipt, which brought the 2 breakfasts we ordered, totaling $50. The server didn't know how to take the extra charge off, she had to ask someone else. Will not be going here again

Hostess was promp and friendly. Waitress was also very nice and took our drink orders and delivered them in a timely manner. We placed our food orders in when the Waitress brought the drinks. It was 6:35pm when we ordered. It was 7:55pm when we left. The time to cook a double cheese burger and a slam breakfast was ABSOLUTELY terrible. I could have gone back to the kitchen and cooked our food, ate, and left in that amount of time. HIRE CAPABLE COOKS!! I have also heard a lot of commotion in the kitchen, people yelling at each other.

Staff is great. I was disappointed in the food portion, in particular the sausage links. I don't recommend purchasing then, about the size of half of your little finger, not worth the price, and don't taste good at all. The other food I had was fine. Coffee is limited to about 2 cups. More is extra. Times have sure changed....
