Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was pleasant, and there was no wait to be seated. The food portions were great, and so was the taste. Maybe some more seasoning on fries and chicken, but other than that not bad.

Disappointed the bread of my sandwich was hard to bite almost like leather the fries was crystallized by salt left my mouth dry instantly and don’t even order the biscuit and gravy I was biting a sponge and I always tip even if the service is horrible but money wasted and I’m not the type of guy to leave reviews or critique anything but the food was horrible step up your game ladies

Me and my girlfriend go there for breakfast I ordered biscuits and gravy hash browns two eggs and two sausage links took one bite of the hash browns spit them out took a bite of the biscuits and gravy I wouldn't feed that to every dog in every homeless shelter the sickest nastiest food we've ever ate my girlfriend ordered two over easy eggs she got them they was hard as rocks the toast was so cold it didn't even melt the butter the bacon strip she got was about to size of your pinky save your money go on down the road and there's a Perkins on the left hand side

The mediocre food at semi reasonable prices that you expect from a Denny's with the worst service possible!! After 10 minutes we had to call over our waiter so he could mumble at us and when asked to speak up he just mumbled louder. The mediocre food came quick but then we had to wait another 10 minutes to find a DIFFERENT waitress to CALL our waiter so we could pay. In the meantime, we watched 2 older gentlemen get up and leave in disgust because no one waited on them. The staff is lazy... Management is non existent... They just recently reopened??? They should have stayed closed!!!

Take out wasn't as good as eating in when I called to order some one who was hard to understand said I have to go in to get take out dining in the day before the food was great and the waitress Grace was wonderful I won't order take out again
Just tried the Austintown Denny’s since it reopened. The inside of the place while maintaining the old layout was nicely renovated. Our waitress was nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, all of our food came out cold and we were in a hurry so we couldn’t ask for them to reheat it. All of the fruit we were given was not good. Worst of all the woman who checked us out, couldn’t even communicate with us. She took the check and pointed to the credit card machine and did not thank us for coming to the restaurant. Well, I would’ve liked to have complained to try to get some money off the bill. It was very clear that the apathy for quality and customer service Was the norm so I didn’t waste my time. I will not be back.

We went there for diner tonight 4 of use and waited 1 hr wich was fine only to get 2 of our meals is to ice cold loke they pulled it out the refrigerator and the waitress just grabbed the cold food and said nothing like we can remake it I didt find out that they took the food off intill I walked up to the front desk 10 min later overall disappointed as I am still hurry as hell thanks Dennys would not recommend

Generally when ordering salad, that's something brought out quickly, not 15 seconds before your meal. That resulted in a cold meal for my husband. The spicy pepper burger was disappointing. And there were ants all over the place. $45+ tip for what?
