If I had the option of putting zero stars I would. Place was a nightmare. The manager I think his name was Caleb was rude and aggressive when I tried to order. I would highly recommend you stay away from there. Pizza was trash and just negative environment. Not worth the hassle. Papa John’s up.

I used to receive marvellous service&delicious food. Lately, they’ve been lax&the food subpar. They tried to swindle tips under the pretence that they cant find change?they forget things. Also the person that answered the phone was not a person that should be answering phones! Not polite in anyway shape or from!

Soooooo, I placed an order online and was able to redeem free items because I order from there quite a bit… I decided to order BBQ chicken pizza and some cheddars bacon tots or whatever they’re called. I had my 9 year old son walk in to grab the order and he said they were in there swearing and cursing not acknowledging he was standing at the counter. He got in the car…… cool! Fast forward to us actually settling in, and I open the pizza…. It’s fine…. Opened up the tots….. BURNT! Now I usually don’t call and complain.. and I did get the items for free, but it’s not even edible. I’ve ordered this same item and didn’t have this issue. So I decided to call, had a nice tone and told whoever the guy was that they were burnt. He SIGHED deeply and in so many words said he can’t control the cheese falling to the side and burning. Like huh? Now idk the process for making the tots.. but it’s a no for me. He said they can remake them…. But can’t control how it cook and I can’t get back my points back…. I told him I’m not about to come back out just for some tots but if they could just take my name down and I can get a new order for them at a later time….. he basically said no…. I shouldn’t have to come out in the cold weather for some tos THEY burnt! Again, I’ve had them before….. never tf again will I order from that store….

I used to think I didn't like dominoes until I tried this location! Everything is always incredibly fresh and made with care! Order is always accurate, I've never once had a mistake. Frank, Paul, and the rest of the crew (who's names I unfortunately don't recall) are always so friendly and welcoming! I mean, cmon, when's the last time you remembered your Pizza delivery driver's first name? That's how good these guys are at their job! Thats also a result of trying some of their suggestions for trying the different crusts, sauces, toppings, or even the other menu items aside from Pizza. They never steer me wrong!
