This establishment is very bright inside, and the donuts and other foods smell marvelous! The service is supererb and friendly, and I highly reccomend this place for a fast coffee and chat, or some really great food.Parking: there are several spots in front of establishment.Kid-friendliness: the staff is really friendly for everyone. Parking is very easy there.

This Dunkin has the worst drive-thru layout. It’s almost impossible to turn into. Its worth it to just go 3 minutes up the road to the other one.

It has happened to me not 1 time, 2 times but many times. I ask and specific during my order for adding less ice but still get full cup of ice in my drinks. The employees working there should make sure that customer gets what he/she requests.

Just got this....I asked for less ice & the drink is all ice I asked for foam and there is none! Also no I haven't had a sip yet. Luckily I had a free promotion with purchase but this is ridiculous. Please do better!
The people are very rude the old lady at the drive thru is terrible with people and they are very cheap to charge for a water and the cream sticks never have any cream in them. I asked for a couple extra straws and they refused to give me the extra straw and said Wal Mart sells them if I want more. This is a down right bad Dunkin, avoid it if you can. I'm no longer going there.

The service wasn't the greatest for me because I like when cashiers help you find out what you need, my cashier that day only wanted to take my order. Also my drinks were given to me faster than lighting but due to it they lost quality. It doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad Dunkin, I just had a bad experience that day.

This genuinely has to be the worst dunkin in the Austintown area. They never make the food correctly. It is always cold and under done. The drinks are a a throw each time. They're either not made correctly or another drink entirely.
