Ordered a plain bagel toasted and half of it is raw? Would not waste your money here on food. I get mistakes happen but you could take one look at this thing and know it shouldn’t be served to someone.

Service here is awesome The staff here Is very friendly very kind Very outgoing Asked for a matcha drink With mint chips The lady goes in checks And she gave me the midship Even though it was discontinued Very friendly very kind Very outgoing staff We'll definitely go back again After I just told her the crappy service I just got from Panera that morning Asking for a matcha when everybody knows Starbucks does serve matcha So everybody stop going to Starbucks their service sucks Even though that they serve it They don't want to serve you because their service sucks at Starbucks The one in Austintown So go to Dunkin Donuts Their service Right here is a lot better than any other service Outstanding

Don’t ever door dash from them bc they are lazy and can’t read a damn screen to learn how to make a damn coffee and the employees are rude af when you calm to tell them. Definitely rather go to the one on mahoning ave at least they are nice and respectful

When it’s cold outside & you really need a HOT cup of coffee, you can count on Dunkin’ to provide. Hottest coffee for sure! Nice selection of breakfast items & great choices of hot or iced coffee as well. Also, if you need a travel mug they always have a great selection to choose from❤️.

Your lids aren’t Dunkin lids and spill coffee all over when the cup is tipped. Quit being cheap.

Only Dunkin I visit that has repeatably on my iced coffee. I order the same thing every time but with other Dunkin's I'm never sure how they will make it and how it will taste.

I don't know who hires people at this store but they are awful! Ordered a med Carmel latte no Carmel in it ! My husband ordered a med coffee with a shot of expresso in it with cream and sugar, no cream or sugar! Terrible!!!
