They keep cooking raw food and handing it to you. The bacon's not done. The sausage is Gray in the middle and they just keep on doing it. They don't wipe off the tables. The dogs that the people bring service animals in and they let them walk on the table. It's just disgusting!

Went there today shortly after 2pm for a mobile order. The 3 employees in there were very friendly. The speed and accuracy of service was exceptional. I told them that I never been in a more efficient Dunkin. The drinks were delicious. A+ service! Thanks!

if you go anytime after 8AM your order will be made wrong. afternoon workers always have some type of attitude. rarely ever go there anymore. used to go every single day.

Always the same older gentleman who serves me and there's always an issue with my drink. I ordered a medium iced latte with cold foam and an extra shot. I explained that I've ordered this before and that the extra shot fills the medium cup and there won't be extra room for the cold foam and requested it be made in a large cup with the medium measurements and extra ice. I DIDNT WANT ANY EXTRA PRODUCT! Just an FYI. Every other store has no issues doing that for me, but apparently they're not allowed I was told. The store down near Walmart is owned by the same owner and said that they're allowed so I don't understand what the issue was. Anyways I watch him pour the extra shot into the medium cup and low and behold it fills the cup with no room for the cold foam he proceeds to pour out basically the whole extra shot then stirs it and tops with cold foam. I paid $7+ for the drink for him to dump my whole extra shot down the drain and then argue with me that he didn't when you can literally see the from the counter. Lesson learned go to the one near Walmart or the one on racoon road they both are amazing and have amazing staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Just left there at 9:54 and they said they couldn’t serve us. Waste of time leaving the house if they are gonna choose to stop serving before their actual closing time.
How can you sell a drink if your employees aren’t properly trained to make it?
Probably the best Dunkin around Austintown. Raccoon road Dunkin is close 2nd
