Not good. Its 6:28pm and they locked the doors pretending to be closed when there is clearly staff running around in there. Very poor location, dont come here, go to Starbucks 500 feet away instead.

If you go here in the afternoon, I swear they use the coffee that's been sitting out all night and day. It's always super strong or it doesn't taste right. To pay $6 for a cold brew just to dump it out, is so bizarre to me. Also, every single time I use the drive thru it doesn't matter what employee it is or what time of the day they act like they are so annoyed you are there. Very rude!!

This place is really dirty and i think the health department needs to go in there and look at those nasty floors. Under the ovens and donut racks
If u open at 430. U need to be ready to go by 430. Waited behind the cones in the drive thru finally left at almost 10 mins later. Time before this. Ladies want to talk to eachother more then hurrying up and getting people their order. People are there bright and early fornanreason they have to get to work. They don't have time for ur bullshit!

Mobile order glitches somehow and doubled our order. 2 identical orders my wife hit the button once. When she asked the teenager they have running the place for a refund on one because we only wanted the one order he proceeds to tell her it's her fault and the only way that could happen would be if she ordered it twice. Dunkin makes billions we obviously didn't order the same thing twice. Easy fix right? Nope had to call some guy I could barely understand to figure it out because the "assistant manager" says he can't help us which I doubt. Now the service at this location is often lacking and the facilities are generally unclean. This is the last straw

Just no. Always a problem. Rude. Disrespectful. Definitely go to a different Dunkin, anywhere would be better than here. Even a coffee tastes better at a different Dunkin, AND ITS THE SAME THING! The donuts are always stale and taste old. Food that should be hot are always cold or still frozen. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's always so bad from service to food quality. It's just no.

The cashier was very sweet . The guy thatās making the drinks annoyed the hell out of me . First off if a customer is asking you to do something please listen . Your smart remarks arenāt needed . Stop trying to put all that ice in peopleās drinks. We spending our hard earn money, AND I THANK YOU . If you donāt like your job get another one .
