Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!
Very casual yet nice. Food was very much comfort. Love their soup and salad bar selections.

I want to start by saying out server was very nice. That was the only thing good about our visit today. I had my 3 kids and me today. Each kid got a kids meal and I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap. The kids pizza my son ordered looked like it was overcooked hours ago and reheated to be given to him. Hard and gross. I asked for a replacement slice for him and it took almost half an hour. The other 2 got pancakes that were like rubber trying to cut them with a knife and fork! I ended up tearing them into bite sized pieces because they were so hungry and really wanted them. My chicken in my wrap was so hard I couldn't eat half of it. Overall it was my worst experience at any eat n park. To top it off I just got my bill, 48 bucks! Yep, won't be doing this again!
I got the super burger which don't get me wrong it was good just the sauce to me didn't really have any flavor compared to the burger itself, our waitress was extremely nice and friendly and also talked to another waitress who's name I'm not totally sure on but had seen my wife's tattoo and come over and talked to us for a minute I will definitely be coming back.
Manager seems rude

Nice and quiet dining. I drive from Akron to Austintown to have dinner. I wish they would bring back the one in Akron.

this is where the little old ladys that where waitresses forever all work. good service, food quality has diminished some, clean even though they are working with sub-par tools. the orginal super burger with the salad bar is a staple.
