Awful customer service. The lady just seemed like she really did not want to be there and was very rude. Won’t be going back to this location.

I've always enjoyed Eat n Park. The food and service is always good. The biggest disappointment is the prices. It used to be a nice little eatery. I almost choked when I saw the price of the Smiley cookies.

food is decent when they remember everything, and the staff are relatively nice. its not the cleanest but its easy to see how understaffed they are.

I order the grilled cheese sandwich. It was too salty. Cheese wasn't very melty. The fries were decent.

Best cookies & strawberry pie! It was like they injected strawberry juice into each strawberry.
Had a good meal there after the trunk and treat/ car show.

Me and my husband came here for dinner this afternoon. Emma was a sweetheart and everything was wonderful. It was pretty busy and everything was still taken care of. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again!

Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!
