I've always enjoyed Eat n Park. The food and service is always good. The biggest disappointment is the prices. It used to be a nice little eatery. I almost choked when I saw the price of the Smiley cookies.
Me and my husband came here for dinner this afternoon. Emma was a sweetheart and everything was wonderful. It was pretty busy and everything was still taken care of. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again!
Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem!
Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands...
