Absolutely disappointing. They don't have a list of toppings that you can add on the sandwiches. I ordered a turkey tom and it came with a tomato lettuce, mayo and turkey. When I order on the app I can customize my sandwich but CAN'T in the store... this is absurd 😳

I got the Ultimate Italian combo I have absolutely no complaints. The reason for the 3 stars on service is that the wait time for my food was a little long. It was a little pricey but the sub was good a full.

I do not know what is going on here. At the beginning of January, I got food poisoning from here, ended up with a UTI as well and they diagnosed me with E. Coli. whatever, things happen. I’m fine now. My boyfriend did not get anything since he had no meat in his sub. Also to note, I was on a kick with JJ and getting it almost every week and had NO issues until the beginning of this year. Today, 2/27, my boyfriend got JJ’s yesterday and is now up at 4am with food poisoning, no meat on his sub, and has the WHOLE shabang, and NO it’s not the flu, we just had it and it was different from this. You have an employee or something going on that is not practicing proper food safety. I’m not going to go any further than this review, but i unfortunately will not be returning to this location. Best of luck. Hope you get it figured out.
The food is fine. Service is slow even when I'm the only one in line and you routinely pay for added bacon etc and don't get it. If you gotta have jimmy johns there are better ones than this
