We didn't receive everything we ordered. Called the store spoke with the manager and she said she was going to send a voucher out to us. Here we are 3 weeks later and nothing received. I will never return here again

The lady at the front counter was so sweet, the lady at the drive thru (that I had to deal with when I went back in for something that was forgotten) RUDE. You work with the public.. I get bad days. But there was no one else there but me and her attitude was awful. So uncalled for.

Im a local, and I usually visit on weekends. I usually order chicken tenders, sauces Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Every time I go something is forgotten. Cutlery or sauces. Ive worked in fast food before and this level of forgetfulness is either laziness to look at a screen. Or training isnt sufficient. Ive done my stint in fast food. I shouldn't have to tell someone not to tie a bag so tight I need scissors to cut open the plastic bag. Just saying check your bags because apparently picking up a spoon or putting a sauce is just too much.

I think from now on, anytime I visit a restaurant, I will go to their restroom first If their common areas are nasty I cannot 100% believe that the unseen areas and food stations are clean and sanitary And maybe I'm wrong so feel free to yell at me I stopped at this kfc earlier. Not because I was hungry, but because I needed to use the restroom in a jiff. However I did plan to purchase something because I feel guilty using a business' facilities and costing them money without supporting in some way. But this restroom was horrendous! Not in a way because they had a heavy lunch rush with overflowing trash can and paper towels on the floor.. but in a way that seems as they haven't given a good cleaning in months with filthy walls and stalls, grimy floors and a stomach turning stench! For my own health i quietly left without making a purchase

This specific KFC has got to be probably one of the worst. If it were the first time even the second time, but it seems that every time we order anything here something is missing or we get attitude. I made a mobile order got to the restaurant drive-thru and the girl cut me off as I was trying to speak and ask for honey and butter would not let me finish my sentence and told me to remind her when I got to the window. Then she cut me off again every time I tried to ask her something. We pulled forward to check to see if our food was all there because we have to do that with this restaurant and of course the french fries were missing again. They definitely need to take lessons from the Boardman store on South Avenue.

Gotta say.. Not too Much into leaving Reviews vs Reading Reviews, But the KFC (Mahoning Ave.) *Vie has Outstanding Customer Service!! Just His Happy Helpful Courteous Voice & Service was So Uplifting during My Much needed hectic Lunch break •~• Thank You Again!! *Vie #1
They literally could have killed me with their negligence . Went there around 10:30pm on 10/31/2025 and ordered a few things. One thing was missing and a few chicken littles. One was of them was made with a random piece of spicy chicken that somebody had ripped to make look like the others and almost choked on a couple bones that were inside because it was put together with a piece of chicken that it never should of been made with. Ive worked at a kfc years ago and know the strips used for those are boneless. I’ve never left a review for anything but this one I felt like needed to be made to at least warn people to be cautious. Might even call the corporate number. This Literally could’ve killed me. My guess is they ran out and didn’t feel like making another one and couldn’t caused me to choke because of it.

I go there maybe three times a month,I always greet and try to keep it friendly for myself and them but yesterday was truly different m are my order still gave a lil gesture and got home my order was wrong,I had to make something and I didn't want,so ppl should pay more attention cause it I s just not a job where mistakes like that really upsets the guest,just imagine would u like someone doing that to u

If I could give them a zero star I would. Stopped to grab something quick for dinner. They screwed up our order. We didn't get half of what we ordered. Supposedly, going to send out a voucher for the miss garabge. Ordered the original recipe and the chicken was very dry and hard. The macaroni was flavorless and burnt in spot, coleslaw tasted olded. Definitely not worst the price we paid.
