Ordered my food to be done at 8pm. Showed up and was told at 810 that they didn't have my food ready. Had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get everything. Mobile ordered to make this easy. Horribly run unfortunately really.

This kfc has to be the nastiest I ever had. The only thing that was ok was the biscuit the chicken the fries was completely disgusting and for 3 a piece combo and kids meal $24 bucks is insane. I most def won’t be buying from this location again and I’m a huge kfc lover but it was just disgusting I threw it away once I got home tasted it COMPLETE WASTE

I recently visited this particular fast food a couple weeks ago. When I say this facility hands down was the worst. The first problem been to due to the handling of my food. After ringing out my order at the cash register using the same gloves that they rang me up with to box meals. The manager saying that he was under the weather, but absolutely no mask in sight and I waited for over thirty minutes for a simple two piece meal,that was owed to me due to my order being wrong. Please, please, please work on this K.F C it is absolutely horrific. I worked in food service for over fifteen years and never have been this mortified.

Came out to get some dinner for my daughter and I, we both got tenders meals, tenders were hot and fresh along with the biscuits which is rare! But everything was so good today! The Mac and cheese was fresh and the fries had to of came straight out of the oil. The service was fast and friendly and you saw the workers cleaning the dining room when I walked in. Everyone was working together to pack my order and I definitely felt like a priority here today. I’m sure the store manager had to be there and I’m not sure if that contributed to how fresh and fast and friendly everyone was but I cannot wait to come back to this location seriously the best kfc I’ve received!
Worst KFC I've ever been to. We ordered online, went to pick it up at the drive-thru window with our name, and sat there for 5 minutes with nobody else in line til someone came to the window. Then they said you MUST come inside to get your order lol. We were the ONLY ones in line and not a single person inside. The chicken came out undercooked, grey, and chewy. We didn't even eat it. Never will we be back. They have a bad rating for a reason.
