If I could give them a zero star I would. Stopped to grab something quick for dinner. They screwed up our order. We didn't get half of what we ordered. Supposedly, going to send out a voucher for the miss garabge. Ordered the original recipe and the chicken was very dry and hard. The macaroni was flavorless and burnt in spot, coleslaw tasted olded. Definitely not worst the price we paid.

Food was good but they had no extra crispy for 16 mins which I could not wait for. However, they had me wait 12 mins for fries so would have obviously waited if they would have disclosed the wait time would've been about the same! Other than that food & people were great!

Female worker sees 2 doordash people waiting in lobby to pick up orders and instead of placing them in the mobile order pick up shelf she deliberately leaves them behind the counter where we can see them, but can't take them, to guarantee the customer receives cold food. She's as miserable as she looks.

One of the worst locations I ever patronized before the food quality was awful! We went there for a quick family dinner after picking daughter up in Pittsburg Friday evening. Grabbed a family bucket with the usual biscuits gravy, coleslaw, and mash potatoes. The chicken was original and it literally was half cooked. For the amount of money these places charge you would think they would cook their food throughly. If you want my opinion cook your own food. It’s hard to find clean businesses that don’t serve their customers old, or undercooked foods. Also the gravy bowls were leaking out of bag and one had its lid completely off which is how my coleslaw ended up wearing some of it. If you hate your job get a new one! Don’t take it out on people’s food!

The one on Mahoning Ave is great. The one on Canfield rd has too many issues and I got a large mash potato last week but they didn't give me my gravy. Won't be going bac to the Canfield rd store. Ima stick with Mahoning ave store

Always have bad experiences at this KFC. The employees act like they don't care more often than not. Very low morale. Got my last order, it was missing items which happens often, and they gave us no cutlery. Apparently we have to eat mashed potatoes with our hands.
