Im a local, and I usually visit on weekends. I usually order chicken tenders, sauces Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Every time I go something is forgotten. Cutlery or sauces. Ive worked in fast food before and this level of forgetfulness is either laziness to look at a screen. Or training isnt sufficient. Ive done my stint in fast food. I shouldn't have to tell someone not to tie a bag so tight I need scissors to cut open the plastic bag. Just saying check...
