I asked them if they had to pepperoni pizzas. Ready he said one pepperoni and one cheese So I asked, how long for 2 pepperoni, they told me ten minutes i also figured since I'd be waiting. I would order a pretzel Pizza. I asked him if it was going to have cheese sauce, and he said, yes, that's how they come. I get home pretzel pizza has red sauce and you can never get a hold of anyone at this store all three pizzas look tried out slightly overcooked and not enough cheese

Everything i got was undercooked the extra most bestest i got didnt have anymore pepperoni on it than the regular ones and the crazy bread was just warm dough you guys need to do way better

I’m so annoyed every time I order from here no matter the location I don’t get my sauces I pay for garlic butter and never get them. My breadsticks clearly wasn’t done they were two shades lighter then my pizza crust and I didn’t even get my sauce with them, if I order online what I want is right in front of your face why not make sure you complete the whole order that includes sauces .

Went to the austintown location friday may30th the manager comes to the register to take my order after takin my order she sticks her hand in her mouth pulled out somethin put of her mouth I said what the heck are you gonna wash your hands she said oh yes went to rinse her finger no soap that was so nasty I would never eat there again the staff member clothes were so dirty the store was a mess you all.should be more considering when preparing people.food as a manager you should know better I did recieve my money back I was so disgusted
