Yesterday evening, After being seated it was a minimum of 30 minutes (if not longer) before our order was taken. Then at least another 45 minutes before our food was brought out. We had ordered an appetizer to start, and that wasn’t brought to us till right before the meal was brought . What is that point at that time. Didn’t even get offered water during the time we waited. Extremely slow service and not very attentive. After all that the food was just ok. Really not a pleasant evening. It wasn’t that busy, so why so slow!!! Really wouldn’t recommend at this point. We were there for my son’s birthday and it was very disappointing.

Rebecca was my server. She was very polite, friendly, funny. She fixed any issue right away. Was very attentive, refilled drinks right away, checked on us. Food was decent, price was a little expensive especially adding the bar. Tater tots are perfect tho dessert was amazing.

I get the takeout meals about every other week. I use my coupon and get a second meal for my dinner the next day. I have never had a bad meal!

It's been a long time since we've been back to Ruby's, and we remembered why. Chicken was chewy, everything was way overpriced and it took forever for the food to come out. It wasn't at all crowded. Won't be back anytime soon.

Went here for a bridal shower, the young lady that waited on us did a fantastic job and the food was great as well. Will definitely be going back there.
